Most of those major carriers do not pay their drivers very well. Now I see why that man burnt those swift trailers. They got all that money, but don’t wanna pay.
When I was there we called it welfare express? !!!!! I really had a foodstamp card on the side trying to feed my kids... that was 1o years ago and they still doing people like that... smh that's crazy.... it was a trainer there that we caught smoking Crack that was crazy.

I was over at western express because i had got some tickets, i was a flatbed lease driver tho ,my experience was was good ,i was bring home over a thousand every week ,i would stay out two weeks at a time ,then took 3 days off ,i had started training i really taught my trainees what they needed to know
Walmart is a good company to drive for. The pay is good on boarding isn't easy but they take good care of you. They're are very strict from the safety perspective. But overall they try their best to make sure the drivers are happy.
Can you do a video like this for a couple other major companies? Like starter companies for people? I’d appreciate it and I’m sure it would help point others in the right direction.

Western Express is definitely the place I was told to not go too, but I ended up going with Swift which was also a bad idea once I went solo.

I got home when I was at western express on time I had no choice plus the hired me while I was supervised probation

13’9 or 13’6 is not a low bridge lol but the truck cut off thing she’s talking about isn’t them cutting it off. When you’re truck senses that u might be coming up on a low bridge it will make it to where y can’t go more than 5mph unless you either get off that road or get a bit further ahead of the low bridge
Tomorrow is my upgrade if they are going to take advantage of me , I will leave. I have a second thought about it after watching your videos..

13:58 That's a shame, if you give them the lumper company name, EIN & turn in the reciept, then they get reimbursed by the shipper, on the back end. then double dip, by charging you on the front end. shady business practices. smh. I need to start up an consulting company to advise drivers on how to mitigate getting screwed by these corporations. That's the business they are in, taking avantage of drivers who don't know

What happened to you there?
Basically the story line for was a new trucker graduate from Michigan and I end getting a recruiter from transAm saying they hired recent graduates etc… they had come to Rockwell for training for about a week but they never taught us anything they didn’t no mentors to teach us on the roads you had do figure everything out on your own the pay sucks, they literally threw me and others from the orientation in the truck and I can tell was very nervous in a 53ft truck, when I got my first they sent me the wrong address and I end up in a residential area, both my tatunm tires was mess up including my rims had to wait 5-6 hours for service to come, called to give me the right address, when I got to facility the road was dark couldn’t see a damn thing like it was very dark no lights and end up made a mistake hitting a pole on side the building and damage from electrical wires, fast forward I had going back to Michigan and dispatched called me said something about a permit I need to get and I had to go to Kansas for it right one my ppl from orientation called me abs said the same thing to him and they end up firing him because he also hit a pole, so yes if u hit one thing your fired. Fast forward I drop the load off in Michigan and got to Kansas terminal to get the permit and I guess the head boss called me to the back asking what happen I told him and they basically fired me and left me stranded in Kansas couldn’t even take to a bus station and if you ask them to they take out your check. Oh yea same thing for orientation too if you mess you have to find your own way home
