Carleigh progression May to July 2023 - Girls 100m hurdles - How to 3 step

We are very proud of the progress that Carleigh made this season. From not being able to hold the 3-step rhythm at full-speed, to "stretching" for the 3-steps, to finally "sprinting" through the hurdles, she is officially down to 15.28s in the girls 100mh, and is ready to join the 14-second club soon!
She will be an 11th grader next season, and we will keep you updated on her progress right here via the YT channel.
