- The PS5 Pulse Elite has released and PlayStation was awesome enough to send me a review unit! Full thoughts coming soon, but here's me unboxing the headset for the first time.

The Link actually allows for non-compressed, wireless sound. First of its kind if I’m not mistaken. It’s more than merely an adapter.
I’ve been loving them. I had the original pulse since release and they did their job but these ones sound so much better. Plus the battery life…it’s been amazing for me so far.
Besides the connection issues, theyve hands-down been the best headset ive ever owned. The way i can tell where someone's at in cod on sound alone is crazy. I have found that plugging the dongle in the front of the system has fixed my connection issue so far. I wonder if its not a heat issue bec the back of the cosole puts out so much heat.

I bought the Arctic 7x+ because it works on all current Gen consoles for less than $200. Switch PS5 Xbox PC anything with USB c really.
They're brilliant bought them last Thursday.
Do you have any issues ? Like disconnections or sound distortion?
@@Amine382 No not atm, used them for games, movies and music, on both PS5 and using 3.5 to 3.5mm jack to Series X, been using both Boost EQ and one i made seems fine..Edit, once it did disconnect using the 3.5 on Series X turned it back on and was good afterwards.

@@Amine382 I've had 1 disconnection when using the 3.5 to 3.5mm jack on Series X, turned it back on and was fine afterwards (still could happen again though), other than that haven't had any distortion problems using boost and personal EQs, between Movies, games and music.
@@swayde1228The sound quality is amazing for the price, better than most headsets, although the quality isn't premium feeling the sound is worth it.

Returned immediately.
1) the Adjusting headband reverberates sound with every single minor head motion.
2) the components inside the right earcup are not secured. It is a major engineering flaw to not secure components internally. The entire batch is bad and forever will be. Unfortunately a stain on the Sony brand.
To test this, just tilt your head to the left and hold or give a slight shake and wait for it. One of the components will (slam) collide with another and pound your eardrum pretty good.
I speculated it was the Battery that’s not been secured appropriately. Either way, it’s major flaw.
P.S. do not try to lean right and mirror the effect, this is why I suspect it is the battery as the headset is charged on the right side. Leaning left, it slams. Leaning right it sits against the inside of the ear up. (Whatever it is).
I Apologize for the negative review, but I didn’t get sent mine. I paid $150 for them and was disappointed the second I put them on.
Any fixes with frequent disconnecting from ps5
I had to return mine. It kept disconnecting.
I am surprised Xbox head that I have didn't come with a wall accessor to hang them on.
The mic obviously works with or without extending the microphone out right...??

I have honestly been insanely disappointed with how inconsistent they are. I’ve had them disconnect 4 times out of nowhere for genuinely no reason. And the only way for them to reconnect is to unplug the dongle, turn them off, and plug it back in. It’s so annoying

@@Amine382 I’m hoping it gets fixed soon since it seems to be a software issue. The audio and mic both sound amazing, it’s just really inconvenient to have them disconnect in the middle of a ranked game.

@@Amine382I haven’t had this issue with mine nor heard about it from my friends who have them. Must be a low rate of issue or they just received a bad batch, which is very possible with any electronic.
How do you use a headset when you super glued ur beanie to your head?
You know they're made of cloth, right? Or do you think they're made of some sort of soundproof material, and he's just walking around completely deaf?
