Bro seriously, loving this endhukantey I'm a guy who's been working out for almost 8 years for now and nijam cheppali antey starting 4 I almost had zero knowledge about form and rep tempo and UA-cam is also fresh back then and ila information lekunda form correct ga lekapovadam and back then I couldn't afford best p.t. So improper training and almost wrong advice wala I almost got affected with body disformity and got multiple ligament and tendon injuries, oka 3 years ga correct information and proper training wala I got back into form, and when I see these so called fitness freak celeb videos naaku real ga PTSD aipothadhi every time improper form and ego lifting videos chusinapudu I really feel irked and mee video chusaka I feel a bit satisfied

Before going to Gym, all these people should do minimum 100 squats, 100 push ups, 50 pull ups without any weight, then only they should be qualified for weight usage. Good vdo man🤠🤘

Perfect brother, dead lift nuvvu cheppindhi correct, we didn't observe this, my gym trainer told me the same, never ever bend ur leg, leg press should always be half push, with lesser weights, leg press kante, squats is more better, I had back issues intially when i did dead lifts improperly
