Thank you, Phil. Your videos are always a pleasure. I think many of us would appreciate if you would consider attaching a screenshot at the end of the video with the rep, sets, and movements.
    Thank you for the content!

@@PhilDaruStrong fully appreciated. As someone who wants to mimic your training, the sets and reps would assist in establishing a form of standardization in the routine. Thank you, Phil. Much love from Minnesota.

First off I love what the DARUSTRONG team is doing. Shoutout 8954 Media for the visuals. Looks like I have to make a complete lifestyle change to reach some gains. Thanks for the video. Last but not least big up that Kellen Winslow slogan: “I’m fucking soldier” lol

I like how you included the "failed" set but then you showed true discipline in your next set. I subscribed to your channel about a month ago and your putting out quality content.
Was that sour patch kids you were eating?😅 What does that help with if you don't mind me asking?

Question, after you retired from MMA, were you still training martial arts recreationally? Or did you quit MMA training completely to focus 100% on the bodybuilding competition? I find it hard to do any sort of bodybuilding template while I'm training MMA. FYI , I'm not competing.

Awesome for you to shout out some legit exercise science guys like Jeff Nippard, Mike Israetel and Eric Helms! No BS pseudo “scientists” like Thomas Delauer, Paul Saladino or Eric Berg. 🤮
Another legit source I’d like to share is Dr. Layne Norton (Biolayne on youtube). He is the gold standard of UA-cam nutrition channels and highly underrated.
