Superior start up program! I just got the reverse flow longhorn and this was very helpful in getting things started right. I love the pre heated wood trick. Eliminates dirty smoke. Good job!

Yep, works fine! Sucks to clean up though. Also, be sure to clean the grease out good before grilling in that main cooking chamber. Don’t want no grease fires!
