My daughter is in speech therapy now and for the first time in 6 years I heard my daughter say I love you daddy as clear as day. I cried like a baby for 10 minutes straight. It was the best day of my life!

Three things that I loved about this video… 1-I commend the teacher for greeting the child first and in a proper manner (very natural voice). 2-Big gold star for the parents for teaching their child proper manners, language skills (very well spoken) and confidence. 3-And my favorite…as she politely says her goodbyes and turns to leave, she hears her father’s nervous laugh, laced with a little palpable disappointment- I think we all felt daddy sails deflate😢. And oh, wait…daddy’s little girl turns and blows him a kiss that fills his sails as she delivers the most sensitive and precious gift…their special connection ritual! I felt like she was telling him, “This time, I got you dad.” And as for daddy’s second laugh…it was full of confidence and pride. I could literally feel him holding back wanting to shout out, “That’s my girl!” I wish all of you a life of giving “I love you” moments, so you may learn to receive it as graciously! ❤🌸❤️🌸
