      After several discontentment I had started to be skeptical about anti-cellulite claims, but once I tried this little cellulite trick, *CelluliteFact. Com* , my skin started exfoliating the following day and the problem areas are looking better every single day. I have seen a real difference. It really helps a great deal to smooth and soften my skin as well.

    I found this video extremely helpful! Thank you! I did have a question though: In the video you say you should shower after dry brushing in the morning, is that absolutely necessary? And what are the benefits of that?

    • @estherrivers6164
      @estherrivers6164 4 роки тому +4

      I think the point about showering after is so that people don't shower before. Washed skin is more sensitive than fully dry skin so more chance of irritation. Dry brushing exfoliates skin and you might want to wash the loose cells off 🤗

    do you have to use a loofah in the shower after dry brushing? or do you just shower using soap only after dry brushing? Let me know kindly, coz I have dry skin and I want to know if this will help.

    • @ComfortLifeChannel
      @ComfortLifeChannel  5 років тому +2

      No, you could just shower and use the loofah when needed. If you have dry skin, it is important to moisturize your skin after the shower and not take hot showers as well. Try to apply a moisturizer (better something natural, like a mixture of oils or butter) when your skin is still damp. You may even moisturize your skin before going to sleep, so like twice per day. Hope this helps!

    How do you clean the body brush? I just bought the same one.

    • @ComfortLifeChannel
      @ComfortLifeChannel  6 років тому +8

      I clean it in some water with tea tree essential oil, just fill up the bowl with water and 3-5 drops of the oil, make sure you are soaking the bristles in this solution, moving the brush around in the beginning (the oil cannot be dissolved in water evenly), and be careful not to wet the wood, so fill up the way the bristles do not get soaked in all the way. Then you''ll need to change the water a few times to wash the solution off. After that you may put it on the towel bristles down and wait until it dries. Hope this helps!

    i have severe psoriasis flare up right now... can i do dry brush? and do we do this before or after shower? or during shower?

    • @ComfortLifeChannel
      @ComfortLifeChannel  5 років тому

      Hello! The brushing should be done before the shower.
      However, if you have psoriasis, I would not recommend you do much of dry brushing, especially if you have cracked, open skin as scratching will not be good for your skin in this case. You may want to try it on the areas that do not have lesions and take very good care of your brush, meaning it must be cleaned after every use. Hope this helps!

    • @Ciang_-fc4cq

    • @ComfortLifeChannel
      @ComfortLifeChannel  5 років тому

      This may damage your skin even more. And you need to soothe it, I would say moisturizing with great oils (coconut, olive with tea tree oil), aloe vera, salt, and oatmeal baths, but not the brushing though.

      foxxy brown eyes Your lymphatic system drains in specific outlets all around your body. But I think, rather than listing all those drainage points you’ll find the majority of videos on dry brushing just point you toward the heart area. When dry brushing, it’s a form of draining the lymph system which boosts immunity and helps flush fat and toxins out of your skin and body. Lymph fluid in the body is not far under the layers of skin so you are boosting this system’s flow by pushing it towards the drainage outlets. So, just like pushing or guiding dirty water towards a drain in the bathtub, you’re not going to push or direct the water towards the back of the tub right? No, you’re going to push it towards the drain so it can go out of your house and down the pipes. For more specific info on your lymphatic system and it’s drainage points search under those keywords. Here’s a more specific video from an actual naturopathic dr:
      ua-cam.com/video/kqKPaG0gAnk/v-deo.html
      Hope this helps break it down a bit.
