I would love to know who are the two "creatures" who always put dislikes on these awesome videos, it's always two, so I gathered that they are the same people, if they dislike it so much why keep coming back? Just to leave a dislike? Pathetic people. Please continue posting these great videos "Historical Italian cooking".
Probably a Celt and a Carthaginian.
Probably Pompeii and Brutus
Your videos have inspired me to learn more about ancient cooking. I am a bibliophile and now I'm buying ancient cook books...

So simple and looks delicious, thanks for the recipe!
Thank you so much Paizan!
I will try this one very soon. I'm glad you remembered my comment and took care of me :) i am glad to hear the Romans knew how to cook steak propperly, i.e. rare/medium rare. I think I would've died if the preferred well done :*(
I recently bought the long pepper and I regularly use honey and garum now, so all I need is the steak, yum!
Btw, nice T-bone, very think and a plump fillet section, a true porterhouse.
What a cool channel, glad I found it, subscribed

This steak is delicious. It's all up to personal taste, too. You can use a bit more or less of any of the ingredients
Very good
So simple and tasty looking! A quick question: How would I adapt this recipe to work with pork steaks/pork chops?
Yes, of course. The author doesn't specify the kind of meat.
Clicked on the video instantly!
I hope there will be a garum recipie coming soon
In October. We are working on it since a while, but it is a long process
Do you know any recipes from before Roman colonization? From the south? I’m curious what my ancestors traditional foods were
Working on it!
@@HistoricalItalianCooking awesome!! Thank you!!
Looks delicious but honestly just a bit of pink or red makes me nervous so I always go with well done just to be safe.
Can garum be replaced by Asian fish sauce?
Yes, sure!
I’d need that well done
Can this be done with pork chops?
Sure! We recommend cooking pork a little more than beef.
Thank you! You guys are fantastic!
What kind of pan is that??
Dove si possono comprare quelle ciotole e piatti che usi?
Li abbiamo fatti a mano.
Wow.. thanks for a new wonderful recipe i hope you have a good time, and you look my new video..Tom
