I would love to know who are the two "creatures" who always put dislikes on these awesome videos, it's always two, so I gathered that they are the same people, if they dislike it so much why keep coming back? Just to leave a dislike? Pathetic people. Please continue posting these great videos "Historical Italian cooking".

    Thank you so much Paizan!
I will try this one very soon. I'm glad you remembered my comment and took care of me :) i am glad to hear the Romans knew how to cook steak propperly, i.e. rare/medium rare. I think I would've died if the preferred well done :*(
I recently bought the long pepper and I regularly use honey and garum now, so all I need is the steak, yum!
Btw, nice T-bone, very think and a plump fillet section, a true porterhouse.

This steak is delicious. It's all up to personal taste, too. You can use a bit more or less of any of the ingredients

So simple and tasty looking! A quick question: How would I adapt this recipe to work with pork steaks/pork chops?

Looks delicious but honestly just a bit of pink or red makes me nervous so I always go with well done just to be safe.

Li abbiamo fatti a mano. Per trovare degli artigiani, dovresti andare a qualche evento storico, in cui spesso ci sono gruppi che fabbricano questo genere di cose per le rievocazioni.
