One of the first things she recommended to me was the vaginal estrogen. Is it mainly female dr's that are thinking about this stuff with us post meniposal women? I've had so many uti's. Burning without a uti. Burning with intercourse. This female dr has likely saved me from many more years of pain. 😢 I'll definitely be spreading the word!

How common is it for estrogen cream to cause burning? Should people persist using it? When does it stop? After 3 months? Ive read that many women stop the cream due to this issue.
Can just using estradiol cream 2x week lower cholesterol and help with overall pain? I have hair loss too. Ive had SO many tests trying to definitely know whats causing my muscle joint pain AND swelling in my left ankle. Nothing found. It would be great to think it might be hormones. My thyroid test came back normal as well.
This is definitely me! I’m 62 and have UTIs every 3 months. So many antibiotics. The estradiol cream caused extreme itching/burning and yeast infection. I don’t want oral or systemic estrogen due to fear of cancer. Help!!
I read that the burning is common when you first use the cream. It can last several weeks. I'm wondering if the Dr would comment on that and any solutions.

I cant use estradiol for GSM, i am allergic to the parabens, what would you suggest i use since i cant use the creams, i mean i cant breathe, the itching is severe the not being able to breathe is severe, hives are terrible, i break out, what do you suggest? I suggest Source Naturals phyto estrogen cream. phyto estrogen has a structure so similar to estradiol, the body uses it as such. this cream has no parabens. I use it myself, for me it produces more vaginal moisture than my previous estriol cream did.

I know there was a recent Danish study that indicated increased recurrence in women on aromatase inhibitors and localized estrogen. Can you please share your thoughts on vaginal estrogen in women on aromatase inhibitors? Thank you!!!
yes, I don't understand why non of the you tube doctors talk about estriol. Have been using vaginal estriol for many years with very good results. It seemed more common when I started to use it and seems to be safe. Estradiol is the only one talked about now. I did find a couple videos - one is on a channel called Simple Hormones, titled Estriol the weaker hormone....

I have severe GSM and use all 3 in combo and it helps a lot. Also added a good probiotic and D Mannose. So much better
How long did it take for things to get better and how much D Mannose did you use per day and for how long

I had extreme itching above my knees. Looked like hives. It went away after about a week or two.
I had the same issues with that cream so Dr now prescribed Premarin so far not bad so look into this.

From my understanding estrone is the most dangerous estrogen, estradiol is the strongest, estriol is the weakest!
