For anyone having touble with the sign in portion, uncheck the box to enable remote options on your console, go through the steps on your app, then enable remote when it tells you to sign in on the console.

hey! at 1:57 you have to sign in using a controller. would there be a way of connecting to the Xbox without a controller? that will help so so much. if you are able to, please let me know!

Hello. I’ve investigated your issue and found there is no possible way (that I am aware) to connect to the Xbox without a controller. But if I find another way I will let you know. Leave it with me!

Also you need to explain what you mean by turn on your Xbox and login you have to show step-by-step what that process is because I just turn my Xbox on and I'm logged in so are you saying just turn my Xbox on everything is done or do I go to a special area login logout

As long as your logged into the account on Xbox with the one you want to use for remote play then all will be fine. There is no special area login in or anything like that. So your Xbox automatically logging you in will be fine and does not change anything. Hope that answered your question

What's the different of xbox app and xbox console?how did you log in into 2?

Xbox app is the app you can download on your phone, iPad, tablet etc which can be used to access remote play. Xbox console is up ur actual console for Xbox. To log into them you just use the Microsoft account you sue for Xbox (Microsoft) using the email and password for that account.

You can find them in the Xbox settings on your console.

What’s the point of using remote play if the Xbox console needs to be turned on? You can just play it on the tv like normal?

Most people use it instead of using their TV. Like for example someone wanted to watch a film on a TV but another wanted to play on Xbox, remote play enables them to do both at once. That’s generally the crack with remote play feature of the Xbox.

How do i connect the controller

The controller can be connected via blue tooth. The button you use to link the controller to the Xbox if pushed down for 5seconds will show up on the blue tooth page of your device named ‘Xbox controller’ and will sink/connect to your device.
