TBH as someone who loves to repaint figures, I actually kinda enjoy buying bootlegs, painting it and modifying it. Especially due to thr insane prices of official products where I live. It’s kinda nice to look at my works of art and think “that costed only 10 bucks”

Yeah. Usually TWCare sells their shit on Amazon for the same price as a standard Bandai figure, which defeats the whole purpose of buying a knockoff to save cash, so their existence is entirely questionable. Most, if not always, the same stuff can be found on Aliexpress for significantly cheaper. That’s how I get my bootleg Godzilla stuff nowadays
I also buy bootlegs on purpose, to modify them to make them my own figures, I sometimes make ocs (original characters) out of them

I actually really like tw care. I have there shin Godzilla and there mechagodzilla and they are really good
One time i had no choice but to get some bootlegs from TwCare
I really wanted a Godzilla 2014 figure thats small (they were expensive on Ebay) so I got a small pack with 8 figures, the figure was decent and they had a small decent looking Shin Godzilla and and decent mini Space Godzilla and 3 okay looking Godzillas, the three being 1954, final wars, and earth , the only bad ones were the king kongs that came with the set so i guess it wasn't that bad
I got some cool mini Godzillas that 5 out of 6 of them didnt have mini versions, it was only 22 dollars and for 6 mini Godzillas that 5-6 miniatures are either very rare or dont exist so its quite a good deal

I have the twcare purple Godzilla 1954, compared to my Godzilla 1955 wth gone wrong? Why are his eyes blood RED?
I also have twcare kiryu it’s actually not that bad, when I got him it didn’t come with Godzilla earth!!! And it came with the wrong kiryu! It gave me the one with the cannons.

Edit: I once accidentally bought their Kiryu and Godzilla earth set, thinking it was from bandai
