Thank you for wonderful session. May I ask if you can teach breathing with pelvic muscles strengthening. It would really help me. Thanks to you I am now very conscious of my breathing while doing exercises and generally breathing during day and night. Over the weeks of training I see that pelvic muscles are quite weak, could be because of child birth and menopause but it would be really lovely if I could strengthen them through breathing exercise.

I love your yoga flows. I feel very natural and comfortable to do along with you. My question is if i am also combining your 20 mins pranayama along with these videos, which one should i do first? Asanas or pranayamas?
