I find your videos demonstrate the all important traditional cooking methods perfectly and are most helpful. I also appreciate that you have tried your best to describe the ingredients used in each dish, but unfortunately sometimes, I am still left guessing due to the language barrier and my lack of knowlege about the vast variety of Chinese cooking ingredients. All in alll, your UA-cam channel is simply excellent and I thank you once again for your kind hearted generosity in sharing. ☺

雞腿肉1磅
紹興酒1湯匙

粟粉水埋芡:
粟粉1 1/2 湯匙加水2湯匙
醃雞肉:
蝦醬1茶匙
生抽1茶匙

1 lb firm tofu
Some dried shallot

用鑊煮都可以, 用瓦煲風味唔同, 有鹹魚多數好食。😋
