- Here is a compilation of 90s toys (and boardgame) commercials. A good place to find a lot of retro(70s-00s) commercials, TV show intros and more is Retro Junk. It's honestly one of my favorite sites to find stuff like this. This video is not sponsored by them in any way, I just actually really like this site. I have linked in below for you guys.

@Quincy Rocky you would be correct. Don’t post stuff like that here
Being a kid in the 90s was a blessing
Facts!
Truth.
And a curse :)
True that!
It truly was
I'm 36 and watching this video brought some many great memories back to me. Being a kid in the 90s was absolutely awesome.
Being a 90s kid was the last Gen to actually genuinely enjoy outside and have fun and imagination. kids will never know nowadays
Yeah true.i missed the 90s
they can. Thats the frustrating part. They can do all of these things. They just aren't.
I sometimes feel bad, because it's kind of our/our parents faults that they don't. We stopped keeping places like roller rinks, arcades, and Discovery Zone open, we started tearing down parks and safe places to ride bicycles and skateboards down for the sake of more fast food places/convenience stores, Amazon killed malls, so the typical "hang out and walk around and spend no money" hubs started closing down or becoming abandoned hellholes.
So as much as it's companies like Samsung and Apple's fault for proliferating cell phones and tablets, and the technological gold rush in the industry to get them into as many hands as possible, it's equally our/the previous generations fault for depriving kids of those places to unwind after school. I still made time as a kid/teen to get out of the house and play or hang out, outside of playing video games and on the computer - because those things were separate and the places to go were numerous, versus now when everyone refuses to put their phone down for two seconds and enjoy life.
Those BattleBall dudes were trying to kill each other 😂😂
yeah they were lol
I'm 35 and I'm i have tears in my eyes. CLASSIC!!!!!!
same here man, same here
I'm 37 next month
@@Smodlee By yourself some Socker Boppers for your birthday!
You are not alone dude.
Let’s be honest anything in the 90s Pop culture era was just totally rad and awesome!💥
90s was the golden age for toys and cartoons, best time to be a kid
Miss the 90s!!! This whole video was nostalgia overload lol 😭
Good! Lol I’m glad you enjoyed it(:
Battle ball looks sick
On man, the memories with the creepy crawler oven. The cool bugs, getting that goop everywhere, occasionally burning your hand lol
This brought back so many memories for us here in the studios ! 💥
didnt need an ipad those days to be happy. miss the old times :(
Creepy crawlers has been stuck in my head for 25ish years.
These just gave me a massive trip far greater than acid lmao
Man I wish I could go back just for a day. 35 years old and the world just isn't the same.
I wish there was such thing as a time machine 😪
Saame here
Same here..the 90s were awesome.
There is
It's called youtube
I’m 36 now and this brought back many memories!
One of the hangups I have is that my mother got rid of all of our toys when we were younger (thanks to wonderful grandparents we had a damn good collection) and most of these were in there. Would kill to have them back.
My parents did the same while I was in the military, I told them countless times that when I was done with my 4 years I'd be coming to get them all out of the shed or if I was ever allowed to move outta the dorms. The day I got back into town I had an apartment lined up and went straight to my parents house to get everything only to find out they got rid of it all during the spring, needless to say I was pissed lol. Sorry for my rant
Yeah, i really don't know what happened to all my stuff either. i know i traded some of my wrestling figures and rings off, i always regretted that, but idk what happened to the rest. when it comes to all the video games i had my biggest regret is trading them in for next to nothing just to end up with some shit new game lol.
@@mrstupiduniverse731c I wonder why they didn't listen 😒
Yeah, my mother got rid of all my GI Joes and Ghostbusters toys... I've never let her forget about that lol
I remember most of these!! Too cool!! Love Batman, Goosebumps, Power Rangers, Nickelodeon, Pokemon, and CROSSFIRE!
CROSSFIREEEEEEE I love commercials thanks for watching :D
Odd seeing someone I subscribe to here. Wow! Crossssssssfirrrrrreeeeee! You'll get caught up in it.
Bandai is a goat
Congratulations to everyone in their mid 30s for being part of the last normal generation.
Thank you!
Facts!
I think there is going to be a generational split of some kind to be honest. During our generation there was a teen pregnancy boom and during high school I remember at least 10 to 20 pregnancies each year I was there. Those were the immature parents, the ones that didn't live there lives and gain experience before having children and my cousins that had kids that young said they wish they had been smarter, I didnt have kids until I was 26 and it seems from these two groups (the kids born to teen parents and the ones born to the same generation but older parents) that the teen born ones seem to more rude and are far more obsessed with social media. Just a personal observation I could of course be wrong, sorry for talking so much lol
Thank God I grew up in the 90s and not in the generation where people eat tide pids for fun
I am 40 and grew up in the 90s
My childhood right here.....
Can we take in how awesome yet random these were?😂 4:40 “it makes BUGS! AND POWERRANGERS” and it’s called the creep crawler superset. Tf?😂😂
5:45 Several Pokémon generations have passed since the time this commercial was released.
I used to have a Bumble Ball, I Miss it So Much!😭❤️📺
Same here! Im pretty sure there is a picture of me somewhere playing with one. I might have to get one. Thanks for watching (:
You'll get caught up in tha! Crossfire. Crossfire. Crosssfirrreeee! Yeah! I'm 40yo and I'll never get that commercial outta my head.
Some of these jingles are absolute gold
I truly miss the 90s I was a 90s kid I loved it thanks for these uploads walk through memory lane
turnning 34 this june. I remember most of these. I love the power rangers commercials so much. And to show you how popular Power Rangers were, they crossed over into other toy lines lol
They were crazy popular! I still have a bunch of the power ranger pogs
Oh my a simpler time
I totally agree!
“Hahaha! You’re going to the prom with a geek?” That’s fucked. I grew up watching this and it never even phased me.
I was thinking that would never fly now lol.
Love watching all these
The bumble ball commercial was so cute!
Oh my gosh the Wonder World!!! I use to have all of them!!! I loved those!!!!
That’s awesome! I don’t think I ever had one
Wooooowwww. Haven't though about these in forever.
I mean, except Crossfire. THAT's lived rent free in the brain for forever.
I have never heard my kids say " do they still make that" so many times 😂 the megazord...now all 3 of us want it badly 😢
90s nostalgia at it's finest.
I'm not crying, you're crying....😭😭😭😭 Uggghh such simple times I miss it
I was a 90s kid and these were so nostalgic.
I remember a friend got one of those wonder world aquariums and after a week it had become so disgusting lol
Oh I believe it lol I never had one but I know some people that did
I bought a vintage Star Wars one recently and I'm so curious to try it lol
At the risk of destroying the magic, it's called "laponite powder." Find some and you can replicate the effect. Always wanted it for my Star Trek Micro Machines.
Love these videos ! 💥
I recognized so many more than I thought I would!
If I could go back I would savor these times of my childhood so much more.
Omg made my night
That beetle borg commercial hit me hard
2:50 did not expect to see the face behind this voice lmao
only one or two video games
mind blowing
I have videos just for video games (:
good times. I remember when I was in preschool and we used to do the on top of spaghetti song with the bumble ball.
I love it
Same!
Last greatest era to be a kid! Easily.
We had the best of everything while having a perfect balance of enjoying both indoor and outdoor activities. Nerf, Supersoakers, bikes, SEGA, SNES, PS1, N64 toys/games, FOX Kids and Nickelodeon, etc.
"With creepy color photos inside..." - I miss when these seemingly simple things made life exciting.
Hey.. I heard you like ads, so I put ads in ads.
I had it only to the beginning and end but the settings got messed up lol It should have no adds during the video now ;P
Lol..he was talking about your whole video being adds.
The action figures and playsets!!! The money spent as kids...
Yea the 90s just supported you
Thank you!!
No prob bro
I lost so many brothers to Battle Ball
Crossfire was the coolest game neither me nor any of my friends had!
Just bought the re release 25th anniversary 13th Dead End Drive board game from Winning Moves. Memorable commercial, anyone who's not familiar with the game it's like Clue meet Mouse Trap type of game.
I watched Nickelodeon like crazy in the 90s so I remember all of these commercials... I turn 40 next year and thinking about the 90s and how it's all over and we can never EVER go back depresses the fck outta me. 😂😂
I hated watching these when I was a kid and now I cant stop watching them
Oh man Creepy Crawlers.
The crossfire song hit so much harder than the actual game
god i miss living in the 90s
My Baby All Gone: subtly conditioning young girls to believe their only purpose in life was to push out babies.
We were competative. We got dirty. We had fun.
We were kids.
Battle Ball had more gunshots than the shootout in Heat.
I have zero recollection of those DBZ Burger King premiums.
In the 90s we saw the end of the more down to earth and personal style of commercial of the past and the birth of a chaotic, flashy, in your face, artificial commercial.
Does anyone have the glo gear necklaces advert where it talked about a man giving his girlfriend a light up star necklace and she gave him a light up heart necklace and it showed them putting them on?
i always wanted gak lol
I had both Batman and Robin figures at 2:31
I still have my goosebumps books like 3 of them and like 6 movies
8:14 mannnn I had a flashback 😥
No matter how cool you think you are, you'll never be Goku backflipping into Burger King cool.
100% facts. Thanks for watching!
Damn.. All this makes you feels like a kid all over again.
I'm glad!!
miss the 90s why was I a fool to want to grow up so fast
I played jumanji recently my party was drumbing on the table as I opened it
nice
Oh, Mummy--*Vexor* was the big bad of the Beetleborgs. Typhus was one of the three henchmen.
I actually owned a couple of the Lego U.F.O sets. Lego really had great concepts back then, and in the early 2000's, but now a days it's mainly pop culture which isn't a bad thing just a little boring.
"Ask zandar" the toy from Satan lol
Im trying to find a clear bouncy ball with a red led from the 90s, the commercial had a kid eating something and an alien trades his eyeballs with the kid for the food. "Would you take one of my eyeballs?" It was clear with a red flashing led in the center and it bounced really high. I had one as a kid and for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. The led in the center was colored red and the ball kinda looked like one of those balance balls you roll in your hand and arms but smaller softer and with a red center that would flash red for a few seconds after getting hit hard, like the flashing sneakers, Any clue would be awesome I can't find it anywhere or the commercial and it's been years. Thanks
Not one chick with a beard in sight. 😂😂
Biiiiig bad beetle borgs...
I had the shoot out
Such a shame kids today are so focused on politics , meaningless endless time on apps and technology sure we had tech back then to but only stuff like this in the commercial . The best time of life we’re those days where you went out with your friends on bikes or whatever no set plans or idea of when to go home just having fun , playing outside getting a little dirty , couple scrapes on the hands on knees , and that bike ride home when the sun was setting and cool enough out to where it was just perfect , nostalgia is the best thing we humans can experience .
Oh man I used to have all those Dragon Ball Z gold and silver figures from Burger King.
Crossfire, crossfire, CROSSFIRE!!!
They dont make commercials like these anymore 🥲
Who defends this city? It could be you!
Why is nobody playing Battle Ball in 2024?
I wish I knew honestly
These where good old days when a kid was actually a kid no technology only fun and imagination is all we needed we lived the moment now a days you have a monitor do the imagination for you kids grow up so fast today...
Wait, battle ball?
I was born in 1999 do I count as a 90s baby or kid?
Sure!
Looking for a commercial with the Funiculi, Funicula song. I think it was a board game... Help appreciated!
Holy shit......
wow
I will never let you down... lol thanks for watching!
Simpler times ..
SCRAM BALL
Toys were better in the 90s lol. And also stuff they use to give at fast food places
I need rare hot wheels or tyco rc ad
Maybe I’ll be able to find one! What kind were you thinking of?
@@The90sAreRad Others because i am a Tyco rc Or hot wheels commercial collection
