Great list. Loki has one of the best character arcs I have ever seen.
Journey into mystery 645 is one of the best comics ever made. An incredible conclusion to the kid Loki saga.
I enjoyed watching Season 2 of Loki, and now I need to read the comics especially Loki agent of Asgard, The God of Stories, and the Loki Modern Era Epic Collection.
Avengers Annual 23 (1993) which is a Marvel take on Strangers on a Train could've been in this video. Loki by John Buscema is priceless

Does the Ewing run need to be read before?
You should read Siege, which leads to Loki being reborn in The World Eaters. Read Gillen’s Journey into Mystery and Young Avengers for Kid Loki, all of which leads to Ewing’s teenage Loki run. I wouldn’t go as far as saying it’s essential for understanding the story, but it helps a lot and Gillen’s run is the best.

@@richardkujo Straczynski’s run is very good and his Loki is one of the best. I wouldn’t say the same about Fraction’s. The run feels lackluster and without much lasting impact. He did introduce the Kid Loki, yes, but even Thor’s reasons for bringing his brother back feel simplistic and not well thought out. Kid Loki only becomes truly interesting when Kieron Gillen steps in.
