Buckled Car Hauler Winch Out

Driving home I came across a car hauler bottomed out in the middle of the road. I pulled over and called for a wrecker before the police got there. I thought he was stuck because of the incline but the frame at the front of the trailer broke causing the trailer to bottom out.
