Proto Bahamut is pretty easy. All of its attacks are easily telegraph and you can just block them all. The hardest part is being geared for the fight because it's a dps check.
i didn't know what this fight was about and I though it was another harder fight with the other bahamut, honestly this looks a lot better and more manageable then the other guy lol maybe when I actually get to it I will still suck at it but at least for now it seems the mechanics are all ok
Hope we get a hard mode or challenge mode for this fight cause it feels more like a tutorial....reminds me abit of FF14 where you get a story mode fight and then can challenge the real battle...but huge thanks for the video bet itll help alot of ppl who are still confused about the fight (ive still seen maaaaaaaaaaaany randoms who were a lil confused xd) here since dffoo and loving the granblue videos
Oh also, sky fall doesn’t suck you in, only supernova does. Charging Io’s stargazer in supernova has always been the most annoying part of the fight for me and I definitely mess it up a lot lol.
A tips would be to increase the sensitivity of the camera. So you can turn the gun/turret faster. Also i used the captain to farm. Sometime rakarm if im getting lazy and just want to pusg button.😂 Also a pro tip, if you have a team of 4 (not randoms) you can try do 2x chain burst twice. Instead of a full burst when your team has the dps for it. As it will stall/ stunlock the boss longer (about roughly 10 seconds or so) so you and your team can dish out even more dps than just regular full burst. Especially if baph is on the right side of the ship, where you can hit his chest much more easier compare to the right side of the ship. At near end, it is possible to skip the last phase if your team's dps is enough, by doing full burst (or 2x chain again like i mentioned earlier) when the boss have around 15% to 20% health left. And even if it doesnt kill, (if you did a full burst) you'll still have link at 100%, which is more than enough to delete the remaining health pool.
"you can try do 2x chain burst twice." yeah that works better....but also if you do a 3 man burst - then wait for 1 man burst - after 1 man brust you freeze - during freeze you get link time and finish it (it wont fly away) if everyone is equipped with 2x glass cannon and war element you can delete its HP bar super quick...having a character who freezes (or 2 who can freeze) helps too to get some extra seconds between burst wich can result in a kill before any past 50% mechanic happens....you want to freeze him at 81% HP after hes down for the first time and then use your biggest attacks to get his HP below 65% kinda during the first freeze
Great video boss guide! Question, is Terminus weapons drops based by the character we use or randomly? I still haven't done Proud difficulty yet still need to farm lots of stuff in Maniac
It's based on characters you have unlocked. That's why it's preferable to not recruit any crewmate you don't intend to use immediatly, since it'll dilute the pool otherwise.
@@myhr2320 so the weapon drop rate scale for how many characters we unlocked? Thankfully i haven't recruit anyone beside Cags and the Order of White Dragon knights (Lancey, Vane, Percy and Sieggy)
@@KaeyinSe No, it's not a matter of droprate, the droprate is between 5 and 15%, but the weapon you get can be of any of the characters you've unlocked, at random. Say you only have the basic crew. Id is automatically recruited. That's 7 characters. You main one of them. It means that you get the weapon for that specific character, it's a 1 in 7 chance for your first Terminus weapon drop. Now, the good thing is that once unlocked, a weapon cannot drop again, so the pool reduces. But let's say you recruit 5 characters. Now it's a 1 chance in 12 for first drop. Eventually, you'll get everything, but Terminus Weapons are a big power spike, so not getting it one you main quicker can be frustrating.
I didn’t know this boss needed a strategy tbh. It was the easiest boss of all the proud ones in my opinion. Gallarza an mag was my most rough prog on the way up I still get nightmares to this day
@loveyourself3246 I mean the majority of people in the game will tell you this fight is way too easy and boring to be the one we have to farm repeatedly for the weapon. Pyet-A dark lyndwyrm, any of the other are more enjoyable and require more skill than just shooting crystals and dodging supernova
Ai is nuts in this game, I first tried Maglielle and Gallanza, arguably the hardest quest in the game, while Online I never did it even once cause my teammates kept dying.
@@Aiden-iy9du I can't play online on PS we have problems with matchmaking. As you said i can't even finish the hardest quest in the game + all my characters above 17k PWR :)
@@DarkDay_11 I said that AI is crazy good, I cleared the hardest quest with 8k power AI, if you're losing its either your fault or you're building AI like its a real player build, remember to always have guts/autorevive and potion hoarder on both you and your teammates.
@@DarkDay_11 I play on pc, make sure to also give them the sigil that increases the perfect dodge invulnerability because AI always perfect dodges, dont give them long combo skills, give them fast and supportive skills, you'll do most of the dps.

@@KaeyinSeI only unlocked Narmaya in order to get the weapon the fastest, and ironically I ended up getting her Terminus weapon last 😅

Sincerely bahamut is just a damage and mechanic check. The only thing I’m sorry is that they should have done more fights like this =(
great compact game to play. Too many empty bad open world games out there. This is what you call a fun game.
At 50% when he does Reginleiv. you can run to one of the corners and it won't hit you at all.
Alternatively, just face him and hold block, it will stop every beam attack!

Do you know how to get a dreaded tail? I've been playing the mission/boss for it but I can never see the tail to break.
