Repairing Figures in a Diorama of Francesco Vinea's "The Fortune Teller"

- I'm repairing a diorama of a famous painting by Francesco Vinea (or Vinia) for a client. The first thing I had to do was replace the head of the waitress character. I carved her new head from antique elephant ivory. Then I had to replace the bottle she's holding. I turned a cow horn on the lathe to create that. I carved the fortune teller's walking stick out of ebony.

Thank you so much Jack! I’m pretty excited, UA-cam just made it easier to post stuff. I’m not tech savvy but even I can do it now. I want to post way more often and can now.
Beautiful piece that you won't see new anymore. Those get broke in moving, sometimes they let kids play with them when they went out of fashion. Now it will be cared for permanantly as a whole piece.
Thank you, l do enjoy bringing things like this back to life.

Thank you Janson! It turned out to be a pretty good project.
Only someone with such incredible eyes for details would have noticed the die 🎲 I wonder if the original artist did it on purpose or it was just a mistake that they didn't bother to correct 🤔 either way I'm sure they would be so happy with the face lift you have given to the piece 👌 amazing work as always mate 👏👌👍👍✌️
Thank you Dave, you’re a good friend and l appreciate your support greatly.
If I was carving the die I would have got them correct Thanks Stockman
