Zvonko Bogdan is a top winery, but you have plenty of top notch wineries closer to Belgrade. Nevertheless I think you had an enjoyable trip and Subotica has outstanding Art Nouveau architecture.
I always thought Serbs are living in Huts and hunt for food - darn?!? Just kidding! - I'm native Serb who grew up in that northern province of Serbia called 'Voyvodina' (translated: Dukedom). And Zvonko Bogdan was my favorite folk singer there; I've met him in person at his concert in LA a few years ago. I hope you'll visit the entire country of Serbia to appreciate the wide cultural diversity and the natural beauty of Serbia. And OMG - the food!!!, that's what I miss the most from back home! Serbia was blessed with the fertile mineral-rich soil that gives food a special flavor - especially in Serbia proper (non-flat part).
@@Wonderliv sorry but ex Yugoslavia was not a part of Soviet Union or Eastern block , we were neutral and socialist country. That type of architecture is called brutalist architecture I would say with no soul and is not Soviet but emerged from the UK
