We have a green double flash but it definitely isn’t fully charged. Any clues? Our batteries were just tested and apparently have a full load but we can’t get through a night with just our gas heater on night mode on low temp (heating 18th Celsius)

Hi, somehow I have disconnected Bluetooth from our Bmpro odyssey link to the control and so the screen is dark and we can’t use any functions. Red light flashing. Please help

Have installed a BMPro 35 HA II around 4 months ago and started flashing 2 x Red fault codes. it doesnt charge from 240v or solar, Lithium batteries are fine as tried different batteries and still red fault. Even with everything disconnected, it still flashes red twice, then the BMpro resets, fan comes on and then goes red again. Surely this thing worth $1000 should last longer then 4 months?

We have BMPro Battery plus 35-11-HA with Odyssey Link 103 our van is 3 months old been used a total of 5 nights. We have to push the reset button on the HA every time to have any lights in the van. This is a new thing as it didn’t happen when we got it. Once we have done it they work ok for the day with power on and off . Is this normal ? The battery is an AGM
