Hi, my trek unit won’t go into setup mode, no matter how long I hold down the home button. Is there a trick or can I reset it?

if you disconnect the battery or swap out the batts do you have to reset the unit or will it hold settings,thanks

Swapping out batteries for different a different size, you will need to adjust to the Trek display to suit so the coulomb counting remains correct and gives you an accurate state of charge

Can you tell me why the tank flashes as half full and then blinks back down to empty if it does in fact have water in it? Why wouldn't it hold the half full image on the screen? We are having a trouble with the sensors not reading any of the water levels even when full and nothing about the sensors is registering correctly on the trek display aside from a moment when it's switched from tank off to on, then blinks full before blinking empty forever. Help needed and no aftermarket assistance provided by bmpro - no phone number or follow up received when emailing for assistance. Thanks
