Love the denim quilt. I have made 11 for grandsons. Now I have 7 more to do. Denim multiples. The more I do the more jeans I receive from well meaning people who gift me old jeans 😂
I wish you could have strawberry lemonade reprinted by Moda. There are usually several colors I don't care for in your fabric lines so I don't get them, but I really liked the combination in strawberry lemonade. When I went to by some the line was mostly sold out.
Sherri your blocks are gorgeous, very interested to see how you end up using them. I love making samples quilts, because each block is a different challenge. Thanks for sharing. 👍❤️🙂
Really cool story about the denim quilt! interesting that the texture of the denim almost looks like Terry cloth on my laptop. it wasn't until you said denim that I realized what it was.
The denim quilt is breathtaking it is so beautiful. Can you make a pattern of his design? He has some great design skills. How did he get all the denim to match? Maybe he should come on your next live stream and answer our questions. Wouldn't that be fun?
I have been wanting to make a denim quilt. I wasn't sure on who would longarm quilt it and what type of batting, if any, and the backing fabric. Your quilt is amazing!
Miss Sherri, when aren't you working hard, LOL. I watch your podcasts so I know exactly what that quilt is, I am so glad you got it back from the quilter. And if it is folded in half that thing is monstrous, it can be a picnic quilt for your whole family and 12 of your closest friends and their kids lol lol. Have a great day and I am so excited to see the new line. Tracy
How come no one makes 108” laminated fabrics as part of their collections? Back in the day we used matching laminated fabrics for the backing to make beautiful picnic quilts. The laminate kept the quilt dry on wet grass. Your blocks are stunning btw. ❤
Do you leave more than 1/4” seam allowance in the denim quilts? Aren’t they really thick and hard to maneuver? Thank you very much. I love your quilts and your channel:)😊
Busy bee!!!! Love all Your showings today. Thank you so much. Q: what is a good pattern of yours, that I can use my Rollie pollie 1 1/2” strips (shoreline) on? Thank you. ❤❤❤❤❤ Melanie from TEXAS
❤the denim quilt and story! If you were guessing the date a label would help preserve that history 😉
I liked the 1st little bag you showed, so sweet 🩷
I’ve been saving jeans for years. You have inspired me to get the out of the bins and start cutting blocks. 😊
