Over all the video was good Chris, however when you get to the showing the manual as part of the unboxing you're supposed to say we don't need that and then throw it across the room. 🤣
Front was only 1080P but I'm sure you've gone through and configured since. Looking forward to some awesome videos with speed again. I really wish dashcams utilizing OBD ports/data was more mainstream.
Great Chris, look forward to seeing the results. I'm sure you have, but be mindful to not obstruct any airbags with the wires. I'm sure it's fine though as it looks like they're all just round the edge of the headlining. 👍
Make sure you get Max Endurance SDXC cards (or similar) Chris - cheaper cards will screw you at some point! 3-channel dash cams with 4K and recording constantly may end up failing. I’ve had that with both Nextbase and Viofo, with cards I can happily record 4K video to on bigger cameras. Good luck, the Viofo is a nice kit.
Chris do you have to lease this vehicle privately? Why doesn't it have normal emergency vehicle liveries? Regards the lighting, UK Emergency vehicles (bar fire trucks) need more lighting visible from the side, as we see in USA on door cills?
Yes and because its a personal vehicle so when he's not at work and just doing say shopping trips etc he can still use the vehicle which you don't want covered in liveries, unmarked cars with stealth lighting is meant to hide the lighting as best as possible without giving away the fact its a response car to avoid people stealing it or vandalising as you'd be surprised how many saddos actually smash windows or pop tyres on marked ambulances and police cars, personally on the sides i would want more lighting but its not really needed as its got lighting on front projecting to side to breach junctions and lighting on rear sides too.
Only thing i would watch for is the stability of the mount, 2 of my dashcams the mounts would allow vibration and movement and it got quite annoying and with how you have to drive for response it really needs a strong mount, looks like it will be much better though so cant wait to see the next response with it!
Hi Chris, I like the fitment of this however I thought that perhaps if possible a camera affixed between the driver and passenger seat would give not only a good POV but also give viewers a better idea of the speed at which you are doing maneuvers, I also appreciate that this, logistically, isn't ideal, but just a thought.

Ashley Neal would be proud 🤣
Lol 😂
@@lee53_same.. lol. I used it for my viofo lol
Went looking for this comment before even starting the video 😂

I have these cameras, 4k front view is amazing. Looking forward to some more videos.
EXCELLENT! Look forward to new videos with the new kit, Chris.

Need to check Viofo's list of recommended cards, 3 channels is too much for many memory cards, Viofo's own cards are about the best.
Looks like a nice setup! Can't wait to see some videos of it!
Can't wait for a blue light run with this setup!
Looks good! Looking forward to your content
Viofo is a fantastic brand.
Will keep on working😊

The best dashcam currently available. Whether you need two or three channels, is up to your own preferences.

Some dashcams are pretty bad for vibrations, this Viofo is completely stable 🙂
Yeah it seems to be but was just a thought as some are really bad even expensive ones.@@nigels.6051
super!so splendid , 👐
Nice Video. Does it have parking mode? If yes, did you connect it with fuse box? Thank you.
Any plans to overlay speed info again?
Real footage from the dash cam would be nice to see too.
The video didn’t show how you neatly tucked the wiring around the car interior to the back for a clean look

I have always felt in the past the Gopro to be a little blurry, but the other's clear
That being said we do have carp internet.
I can recommend getting the permanent install kit right away. Without it, it will always be empty at the critical moment.
The Amazon link doesn’t seem to show this setup, does anyone have any other links?
Why just two electrostatic stickers when there are three cameras that need to stick to the car?
There is only one static stickers for the main front camera.
@chrismartinems I use the 2 channel version, very good quality video.
