My biggest disappointment with the Bronco is the MPG, they would be lucky to get 17 MPG with the version they were driving in this video, likely getting only 15MPG yet no mention of that factor. Considering Ford are releasing a Maverick with 40 MPG. I was hoping for something a little better at around the 20mpg for squatch and 25 with smaller AS/AT smaller tires, even an average MPG for the SUV or Truck class would have been fine. It's a shame Ford didn't think of a way to make the Bronco much lighter but still keep it's strength for off roading to increase the MPG for the smaller engine and for the inevitable hybrid/battery option that will likely come later.

Also it took me way too long to realize this is Zack's show even though I listen to every TST podcast and I'm pretty sure he's been mentioning it for months, I SO did not put 2 and 2 together >
A racing driver saying tech doesn't ruin the off-road experience, would be like me telling him that traction control enhances the track driving experience. Hop in an old Jeep, or Samurai, or four wheeler/side by side. Tech absolutely ruins the off-road experience. It does sometimes increase capability, but whether or not you make it up that hill is not the point, it's how you got there, and the way you interface with the machine thats fun.
I hope this kicks Jeep Wranglers a$$ because apparently all they can do is carry lesbians & hipsters around in the city. Maybe some might go off-road,but it's prob a rare occurrence & most likely will be for this too which is a shame because Range Rovers really are capable off-road.
The comment regarding the sway bar disconnect being revolutionary isn't completely true. Range Rover Sport has had a similar feature since about 2007 where both the front and rear sway bars can be hydraulically stiffened into corners to reduce body roll, or slackened off for off-roading. Though the car handles it automatically rather that there being a switch.
I hope they don’t have the same engine failures that has plagued Ford for a while now like the camshaft phasers and oil pumps and timing chain guides. If Ford can fix those issues and build an engine that will run 200k miles plus then I’m game…but I’m really leery of these motors. I know too much that has gone wrong. Got a friend right now that has a raptor that has less than 50k miles and has had cam phasers replaced twice and Ford can’t figure out what’s wrong. Soon to go over his warranty and will be screwed.
Stop, you make me laugh with your comparisons. Ford copied Jeep for the Bronco and everyone says the Bronco is the Jeep Killer. For the engine, Jeep offers better and even the V6 performs better than the engine of the Bronco. Just to see the last videos on UA-cam about it. Plus other video shows problems with the hard roof after just 3 weeks of possessions. Ford didn't invent anything. He just released a Jeep competitor with more electronics that will fail more quickly not to mention the reliability of the engines and transmissions that do not have the best marks. I'm glad Ford is relaunching the model but to say it's going to hurt Jeep, just too funny. Most of the videos that I have seen are to promote the Bronco, it is correct but we will see in time. Jeep never let go of the customers.
Real fair review! A good amount of Bronco stuff is filled with hype and not much else. Sure the switch gear was a dumb critique, but overall really honest feeling review.
Saw one the other day pass by while driving. I was like, eh. Not impressed at all. The driver was speeding around like others were trying to chase him to get a glimpse -- and they were (at least in his mind). No one cared. Once the novelty wears off, Ford will once again cancel them. The continuation of the 90's retro themed movement is getting a little long in the tooth. More trying to reinvent the wheel.
Jeep is not scared because ford made a major mistake and did not use f150 chassis to use a v8 disappointing many of the bronco buyers wanted a v8 turbos get hot especially when air is not going thru the radiator climbing also the base engines know as the ecoboom
It's embarrassing that Chevy/GM could've done something like this with the Blazer and given it an LS/LT engine option. Ford is definitely winning as far as interesting new cars that people want to drive and buy.
To me its alright....but its just an imitator. Not an originator. Its like the dollar general version of a jeep wrangler with less appeal. I'll have to pass on it. And no Jeep has nothing to worry about.
Not worth it, doesn't come in a big ole v8... Who the hell wants to drive a v6 bronco besides the people just jumping on it to just get one to cash into the nostalgic vibes...
В принципе ничего сверхъестественного. У автомобиля с такими геометрическими параметрами должна быть соответствующая проходимость. Хорошая идея кастомизировать автомобиль большим списком опций.
The achilles heel of the Wrangler is the cab noise. You can not have a conversation with the passenger w/o raising your voice, hard top or soft. How does it compare to the new Bronco?
At the end when you all mentioned that everyone has a Bronco memory. That was what hit me the most. I have said memories and love the Bronco for them. Thank you for doing a review.
Yes it was designed for people who WOULD actually do a little off-roading. Like the JEEP Wrangler. But, the majority of the week it's going to be on pavement. The everyday SUV. How does it do in the city? Does it have all the features one would want e.g. front/back cameras, 360 camera, park assist (perpendicular/parallel...Park Assist 2.0--available on the Explorers and F150's...but kind of odd if Ford didn't put it on the Bronco...they HAVE the tech). And I would have wanted a larger NAV screen...in portrait orientation like on lthe 2021 Explorers. Basically making the Bronco a "more" off-road able SUV...
Just read a little. They do have the 360 cameras on some trim levels. A front camera that pops on the big screen too so you can see rocks in front of you!
This cringe dude ruined this review. You know he made up all these bad analogies on the plane ride over and then agonized on how to shoehorn them in. Sad.
This is such a shitty gimmicky car 🤣🤣🤣 If you want a real offroader - you go for and old Nissan Patrol or Toyota Landcruise, not this joke. I've tested them in the deserts of Arabia, and they're a real deal
Ford will go on to make a heap of money selling these. But then, I'm a sports car type person and don't care that there's another box joining all the boxes filling up the road already. Lemme guess the colors people will buy them in: black, white, silver, gray.
Actually not so far, the most popular color is Area 51 (a shade of dark teal). Black is only 5% of orders and white is only 8% of orders. The brighter colors like cyber orange, race red, rapid red, velocity blue, and antimatter blue are all more popular.

Could this be considered a truck and would anybody actually be sick of them? A lot of people would have them for a reason, it’s such a great vehicle
Great review! 2:20 Is that a RAM mount? Factory installed? If factory, they thought about everything! Nice.
Yess Zack 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Have people forgotten that the 4runner has had a disconnecting sway bar for a while now? KDSS?
Not worth it, doesn't come in a big ole v8... Who the hell wants to drive a v6 bronco besides the people just jumping on it to just get one to cash into the nostalgic vibes...
They talk about the sway bar disconnect like Jeep hasn’t been putting those in jeeps for literally 15+ years
В принципе ничего сверхъестественного. У автомобиля с такими геометрическими параметрами должна быть соответствующая проходимость. Хорошая идея кастомизировать автомобиль большим списком опций.
Jeep is going to get its lunch eaten, Chevy didn’t even bring a lunch with the blazer/lifted Camaro.
The achilles heel of the Wrangler is the cab noise. You can not have a conversation with the passenger w/o raising your voice, hard top or soft. How does it compare to the new Bronco?
This is not a Jeep. Nice vehicle but definitely not a Jeep. This Bronco is a modern model T
I don't think a stabilizer bar disconnect is new technology. I believe Mercedes was doing it in the 90s in their g wagon
The audio balance is terrible. The music was too loud in the beginning, and even after it stopped, he still cut out half the time.
disconnected swayers are a new innovation ? well then look at the KDSS at the toyota Landcrusier ...
Jeep is done. But jeep fan boys will buy Jeep’s even if they become 2wd cars with 3 inch clearance
Oh no! The off road Jeep competitor isn’t that great on road. Wow. Thanks Zach.
At the end when you all mentioned that everyone has a Bronco memory. That was what hit me the most. I have said memories and love the Bronco for them. Thank you for doing a review.
The only Bronco memory I have is watching the OJ Simpson low speed chase.
Ford sat down and made a list of improvements they could do over the Wrangler that cost barely nothing to implement.
I'll be purchasing one in 2025 after all the kinks are worked out.
Sad.
Jeep needs to step up on quality and make their Jeep more modern. They got lazy and now they will panic
This engine DESTROY's Jeeps pentastar V6.
Shut.....up..........🤬and take my money 💰💲💸💶💵💷💴🤑🤑
They should test it's offroad abilities at one those tracks over in Australia.
Love the two door with the sasquatch package. That is the one I would get.
Let's see a new Jeep, Bronco, and Blazer in an offroad challenge for a laugh!
Dude its still a FORD🤦🤦 wrangler has a 392 now
Patrol owners when they hear electronic swaybar disconnect: "i am the electronic disconnect"
Not really excited atall just another box with plastic on wheels
I hope toyota brings back the fj cruiser... 🙄
Big views for Zack in the first twelve hours. Go get em boii!
This is such a shitty gimmicky car 🤣🤣🤣 If you want a real offroader - you go for and old Nissan Patrol or Toyota Landcruise, not this joke. I've tested them in the deserts of Arabia, and they're a real deal
Yeah, everybody has 90k to spend on a new Landcruiser and/or wants to live somewhere they sell the Patrol.
Forgot to mention the little Bronco ll of the 80s they were popular.
I'd rather listen to Camissa discuss anything
Smaller than anticipated and $$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Wrangler is fucked (coming from a wrangler owner)
looks more like a Scout II Traveler than a Bronco
