    I can do a ~30 second handstand but have been trying to clean up entries/exits into the handstand itself. This video has a lot of great examples for progressions to work on strength in positions that are more "in front of" your hands (weight shifted out over the fingers).

    At 2:15 this controlled lifting of the lower body, does it require mostly core strength?
    I find myself struggling with moves like this like when slowly coming down from a handstand or when transitioning from an L-sit to a tuck planch.

      same and i cant figure out why, i can also do 50 push ups and hold handstand for 30 seconds
