Hi. I love your video. I purchased two of these doorbells around Dec. 2020. It's been working great, but the cloud edge app lost connection a few days ago, and the cameras were deleted. I re=installed the app, but I'm having trouble re-adding the cameras. The app refuses to scan my QR. It's so frustrating. I hope I can get it to work, but no luck so far. Thank you.
I'm having a problem with mine too. Since the app updated about a week ago, I no longer get the notifications that someone is out there unless they push the door bell. I've tried everything. Hopefully the next update will fix the problem.
I’ve got one but find an unacceptable lag between button be pressed and a notification coming through. By the time I open it up the very busy delivery guys have already left and gone. I feel this lag time which I’ve seen in a few other reviews compromises this product. It’s the first video bell I’ve owned so this lag may be common to all models? Thanks for the video.
I'm having the same problem. My wifi is putting out 957 mbps, so plenty of power and when the camera does finally open it says it's at 87% wifi connect. But it sure does take a long time to open!
I have a neighbor across from me that has gotten herself the same camera, go figure. Is it possible for mine to be hacked in a way, because mine has been doing a lot of glitches
I returned mine because it doesn't notify my phone when someone press the button , I had to keep the app open in order to the see the notification, which is very annoying.
Hello ! I’m not sure if you’ll reply to me but I’ve been having trouble with mines , wifi it’s at 100% recording is at 20 sec , but every-time the motion sensor is activated it will only record the person walking away instead of as soon as they walk up to it :(
I like your video doorbell the next door neighbour has one what I like to know can it be charged all the time by using a USB lead that is connected to the wall by power that is switched on can it be charging all the time that it never runs out an will it fog over when there is steam or mist outside that we have a heating on and the is steam coming out of the event that is on the wall will it fog over that we have a spy hole on the door is always getting misted over and you can see out of it and somebody's just asked me can it be monitored on the smart television

There is a notification you get on your smartphone when the doorbell is pressed. You can then interact with the person through the speaker by pressing on the notification
How is the battery life now ? I know some camera's state 6 months but that depends on factors such as weather, motion activity, etc. Might be too early to tell as its been only 2 months since you posted this video. Awesome work though.

This looks solid! How sensitive is motion detecting? Can you set zones?
I normally get an alert within 15 feet of the front door. No zones unfortunately

Im having the same issue.. plus it doesn't pickup motion detection even at higest setting..
@@alanlucero4345 I ended up buying the eufy which works good but the speaker could be a little louder so people can hear me speak.

What’s your sensitivity level? Try high and 40 seconds

good question... might be because it only works on 2.4 ghz wifi channels

I’m at 50% still with Minneapolis winter and motion everyday
My battery quite after a month, no reply from manf. They are in China. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
