I liked the concept of not categorizing (imagine i am very left brained) but rather create a "story" of how you can reach your ultimate goal. It gives meaning to what we do and how we can do it together. It also creates a more synchronized way of doing things while meeting the goal. It promotes the mindset of one goal, one mission, one vision. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
@@ujangpeter I'm aware that the scorecard was devised by Kaplan and Norton, but wanted to know who came up with this particular approach of organising the quadrants in the upward flowchart. Google was not particular helpful in this regard. Anyway, I've since found it in chapter 7 of Kaplan and Norton's book.
