I feel that the BSC is great at helping companies with sustainability, efficiency, and maximizing profit. From the financial perspective, ROI is a major way to see if a company should invest in that product or other employer. One other viewpoint of the BSC is the internal processes perspective. In order for a company to get the most out of their machinery and timely tasks, processes such as operating efficiency and quality control are vital for a business.
