- Another camping vlog! Offroading to peacock flats to unwind. I was in a mood to edit something more calming this week so I went for a slow, no music vibe for this one. So come along and unwind with us!
It's our first time camping as an ✨ engaged ✨ couple hehe. We went up from Kaena Point side to offroad our way up to the campsite called Peacock Flats (once again).

PEACOCK FLATS
This campsite is on Oahu, Hawaii near Kaena Point. You will need a camping permit and a 4WD to get up to peacock flats. There's also a hiking trail as well. They don't have any electricity or water so make sure you pack everything you need before heading to the campsite. Just a friendly reminder to make sure to not leave any trash behind and leave the place better than you found it :)

Hi!:) Is there another road to drive up to Peacock flats or is the one you guys did the only one? Some parts look pretty challenging to drive... Planning on camping here soon!:)
I think that's the only way up unless you use the "bike/walk" path through Dillingham side. I've never tried it but I think there's a gate with a code so cars can't get through unless you're one of the park workers!
I think the best bet is to go when it's a dry day because when it rains it gets much more challenging!!
