00:00 (What do make of Zach Edey as a player?) 00:01 DRAYMOND GREEN: He playing in the NBA. He playing in the NBA. He playing in the NBA. You think he good? 00:14 Solid. 00:15 Respect, there it is. Alright. 00:18 Did you get an explanation on what the flagrant foul was for? 00:20 No. But it's Draymond Green, that's why it's a flagrant foul. It's funny. You know what was ironic? I said, JK clean elbow to the head. Boom. I said, "Wow, that's a review." I said, "If I blow on someone, y'all review it." He's like, "Ah!" There you have it. 00:39 It looked like you were saying, "Surprise, surprise." 00:43 Who's surprised? 00:45 It was a sarcastic. 00:46 I got a tech for saying, "Boom." I say, "Boom," every time I make a three. I got a tech for saying, "Boom." 00:54 Do you think the ref did it because it was like towards him or what? F-ck I gotta run back on defense. So again, "Boom." And when did they become so above the law that you can't say, "Boom"? 01:07 You think that one might get rescinded? 01:09 I won't hold my breath. I'll die. 01:15 You know the severity of Kuminga's injury right now? 01:19 STEVE KERR: It's a sprained ankle. We'll have more tomorrow. It would - it's not gonna be a day-to-day thing. It was a significant sprain. So we'll just have a report tomorrow once we get a better feel for it. 01:39 Obviously, no Steph, no Kuminga in the second half. They didn't have a bunch of people, too, obviously, but this one kind of just a gut check kind of game, just scrap it out sort of thing? Obviously, they're a physical team, anyway. But what did you think about your performance? 01:52 Fantastic, just the guts our guys showed in the second half. Kyle Anderson coming in for JK and performing the way he did. Kyle's one of the most professional players I've ever been around. He reminds me so much of Loon, always ready, in and out of the rotation, but stays prepared and understands the game and makes the right play over and over again. And I thought he was the key tonight. I thought Wiggs that third quarter, when JK was out, I think was 1-of-6 at halftime and just took over that third when we really needed him the most. And a lot of guys played really well. And it was fun to see our guys perform like that, shorthanded. 02:42 You're now 5-2 in the games Steph's missed this year. I mean, how significant is that within this season? 02:49 I gotta be careful about answering this because I can see the headline now, "Kerr says Warriors better without Curry." I know how you guys operate. So you said we're 5-2 without Steph. 03:01 Your numbers with him off the floor are not good. 03:05 Yeah. 03:05 You have one plus five-- 03:07 All right. 03:07 How important is that? 03:08 No, hugely important. I mean, I think I said at the beginning of the year, I felt really good about our ability this year to win games without Steph, to win games without Draymond. I think we've been able to do both, just based on the depth of our roster. We have a lot of guys who are dying to play and ready to play when other people are out and, yeah, it's fantastic to be able to win a game against a great team without Steph and then get him the rest he needs for tomorrow's game and be able to come back with him fresh and giving his knees a little rest. So it's a big, big night for us. And I think Dennis has a lot to do with our ability to keep playing through Steph's absences, handling the ball, guarding the ball, getting us organized. 04:06 Steve, if you mention Wiggs' quiet first half. What do you think lit the fire that he showed in the second half? 04:11 The Desmond Bane play when he ran through him at the end of the half, that made Wiggs mad. So yeah, so he came out ready to ready to go in the third. 04:23 When we talked before the game, we talked a little bit about, like, how the next few weeks are going to be important to evaluate and see what this team is like. How much more complicated does that get if Kuminga has to miss a couple weeks? 04:36 It's really a question for Mike (Dunleavy, Jr.). That's more his job than mine. But I'm just glad we have the depth that we do. I'm glad we have Kyle. There was a reason we signed him and Buddy and, De'Anthony. We added a lot of depth for this reason to be able to withstand some some injuries. So yeah, it's gonna be tough. JK has been playing the best basketball of his career these last couple weeks, so we're gonna miss him. But Kyle will fill in well. 05:12 Looked like, I don't know, you were thinking about getting Buddy back in at the end, but you left Lindy in, Lindy hits those shots. Just what was it like to watch him kind of meet that moment? 05:22 It was great. Lindy's a really good shooter and he started out the season hot and then cooled off and I think this is all part of his development and progression as a young player. You just have to kind of ride the wave as a shooter where there are times where it doesn't - the ball's not going in, but you can't let that affect your confidence. And I think he's really bounced back well here and looks more confident, more comfortable now than he did a few weeks ago. And he's done a great job of kind of mentally preparing himself for that. 06:00 Did you almost take him out? 06:01 I did. Yeah, I was - Buddy was at the scorer's table and then Lindy made a shot and Buddy looked at me and I gave him the thumb back to the bench and that's kind of how we always do it, no matter who's out there. If a guy's hot, you leave him in. 06:18 You mentioned Bane and Wiggins, maybe slightly joking, but there was definitely some emotion out there. No mystery with you guys and them. Obviously, there's been some things. Draymond certainly got elevated emotions. Do you, I mean, did you like the way it kind of simmered but didn't go all the way over? What did you kind of see from that kind of side of the game? 06:38 I thought Draymond did a great job of staying poised when Jackson was scoring. Our game plan was to make them have to make twos to beat us. And so when Jaren was scoring, that's frustrating for Draymond. He takes that very personal, personally. And the fact that he kept his composure and yeah, he picked up the flagrant. I thought it was a questionable call. The tech was, he was yelling, "Boom." He wasn't - he didn't cuss or anything, so. He was emotional, but he kept it on the right side of the line. And that was an important part of the win. 07:23 Steve, how much did some of Lindy's big threes there open things up and also allow you guys to really move the ball pretty well? 07:32 Yeah, Lindy was great, buddy making four threes. I mean, we made 23 threes without Steph and I was hearing Raymond (Ridder)'s voice in my head as we were walking in here. Just, I'm sure he has a stat for you. Is that a - ? 07:50 We are in the process of confirming. 07:52 Yeah. I'm guessing it's the most threes the Warriors have ever made without Steph. I'm guessing. I would think some of you guys would have that. You had all these random stats for me the other night and nobody has it. I'm kind of disappointed in you. 08:07 "The most without Steph, we think." Without what? 08:13 We think. 08:14 Yeah, we think, we think, yeah. 08:17 Daryl (Arata) will have it soon. 08:20 Daryl, yeah. Daryl will have it sooner than Raymond, we know that. Some people work harder than others. 08:35 Could you guys feel your three-point shooting, especially early on, starting to demoralize the Grizzlies? 08:45 LINDY WATERS III: We weren't really focused on their morale. When the shots go in for us, it boosts our morale. So we're just focused on trying to get the best shot possible and it was going in for us tonight. 08:57 What does it take to arrive at 23 three-pointers in a game, especially when you're playing without Steph? 09:03 It's big. We'd be happy to have him, but guys sharing the ball, guys getting open looks and knocking him down and it's contagious. So we're just trying to build on top of this and take it into tomorrow. 09:20 What do you feel like was key executing down the stretch here that last six, seven minutes? 09:24 Just focus and intensity. It was a lot of flying around, a lot of communication. Yeah, I mean, it was a high level game and guys were playing really hard out there, so it was fun. 09:45 Lindy, how hard is it, if at all, for you to - when you're on the bench for long stretches - to stay engaged and then come off and make the impact that you did in the fourth quarter? 09:58 You just gotta to remind yourself that, where I am, I'm grateful for where I'm at. So if I gotta come in early in the first quarter or late in the fourth quarter, no matter what time it is, I'm gonna come in here and give it my all, just have fun with it. So I'm just being where my feet are. 10:18 What have you discovered about the way that Draymond Green feeds into the emotion of the game or even contributes to the spice? 10:28 Love Draymond. I love him. He's our heartbeat. So we feed off of his intensity. And so when we see him, hyping the crowd up and it gets chippy at times, but sometimes we need that. So we're behind him every step of the way. Thank you.
I do enjoy Lindy's play. I like his long arms and his three-point shot - he's also not selfish to a fault. I can't help, but think he's holding back. He's way stronger than he portrays on the court. Always rooting for you, bro.
The only time he understand it was 2022 :( bro if he dont play soft like all the time and start being agressive like in the 2022 playoff. Who is gonna stop him?

If you watch the plays the GSW runs, the sequence of popping out and screening is the forwards role. Initially it’s JK for Wigs offense. Either Jk or Wigs will screen or score. When JK went out, SloMo of course will screen for Wigs offense. That sparked the third quarter show by Wigs.
Loved seeing the warriors playing together! Wasn't perfect with some of the turn overs creeping up again and missing chances to capitalise off several Grizzlies turn overs. Great to see Schröder bringing his game to the fore this game and both Buddy and Lindy bouncing back. Next game can we show Wigs a pic of Desmond Bane. :) Those Grizzlies certain like to bring the force. :) Some of the Ref calls were baffling. 😁

I love moses so much but kerr just holds him back. I hope hes gna be included in a package if we trade for someone cuz i think ge can easily 15ppg in 30 mins
While I do agree I feel like part of the reason Moses doesn’t stay in long is because he only really scores. But I would like to see he have more minutes when people aren’t playing like they should
@@8lackyjhe’s a hustle player too. Right now all he does is score because that’s the only role they want him to play, just catch and shoot. Him and Lindy are not that much different but they will consistently give waters minutes even though Moses is much more efficient. Just look at moody’s last 3 performances. Steve says if a player is hot leave him in but all he about to do is kill moody confidence by cutting his minutes again when he’s producing. Kerr’s inability to develop players has stunted Moody’s growth.
