Im so excited about this! I had no idea they changed thr packaging. Amazing. I love their serum but started using philosophy's powder bc of the mess/wastefulness. I do like the powder but u cant beat the price point: effectiveness ratio for timeless. I think u especially cant beat it now they've fixed that issue!! I'm so glad i came across this short ❤

thanks for sharing this. I had just purchased my second container and was wondering why the packaging was different. I now realize to my dismay that I must have been sent the older stock. The manufacturing date is December 2022. There is no use-by date.
I order my vitamin C directly from Timeless. I signed up for their emails and in the last few months, I’ve see get discounts for 30-40% off. I love the formula just not too crazy about the smell. Maybe it’s because I was used to Drunk Elephant’s smell. 🤷♀️
The DE and Timeless Vitamin C serums smell similar and that smell is coming from the Ferulic Acid. I know exactly what you mean and I am not crazy about that smell either, but I overlook it because the results are amazing!

I had a lot of trouble with the Paula choice vitamin C when I tried it because of your recommendation and video I watched. It leaked like it wasn’t sealed. It would be nice if the new packaging would work better. I received 3 different packages and all 3 leaked. So, I never had a chance to use it on a consistent basis.
It’s great that they have a bigger bottle but do you think it’s ok to buy that one? What about oxidation? How long do you think that would last? I’m sorry too many questions. 😅
I would either purchase the 30ml or 50ml. Anything bigger than that I would worry about the product oxidizing before I was finished with it. Keep it in the fridge as this will help to prolong the freshness. A 30ml will generally last me over a month and a half to two months (using it once a day 2-3 pumps). 50 ml will last longer it just depends how often and how much you are using. You will want to use it up as soon as possible so between 3-4 months.
The new glass bottle is a boon! No leakage and even better protection for the serum. Really elegant bottle and easy to handle. The ONLY thing that was really disappointing to me is when I tested it out, even though it’s the exact same formula, the serum from the glass bottle is a little more liquidy AND comes with that stinky vitamin C meaty hotdog smell ~ it’s “mild” but it’s there. I was mollified! Waaaaa!! Lol!! 😢 I’m disappointed in this. As I loved it for everything INCLUDING the fact that their version has NO perceptible smell. Now it does. Thank goodness it doesn’t seem to linger on my face. I gave it a good run outside on a hot summer day. Lol! BUT I’m still using up my old bottle and will need to test the new one out more. I’m wondering if they’re now sourcing their Vit C from another company. What a shame. I LOVE Timeless but wish they hadn’t done that.
Please can I use geek gorgeous c (ph 3,2-3,4)glow with the ordinary lactic acid ( ph 3,6-3,8) ? Depending on there ph or will become useless & conceal each other ? And how to use them .. I want a ph low for collagen production stimulation on the skin … I’m confused some day they are useless if layered together and you shouldn’t..

Thanks for the update! My last order of the 1oz tall bottle (from Amazon, in June) did still have the old pump and I feel like the product got thicker... Any word on if they are moving away from the more watery serum formula for the bigger size?
I am using any skin product for the first time, my skin is normal to dry. Can i use the 20% or should i got with 5-10%?
If your skin is normal you could use 10-20% but if you're unsure go with the 10% first to try it to see how your skin tolerates it and if you want to increase the strength you could afterwards. I never experienced dryness but if you have dry skin just keep your skin moisturized as possible.
Can use on eyes?
I loved it in the plastic bottle but something has changed; the stuff in the glass bottle has a very unpleasant smokey odor. I ordered directly from Timeless twice and both bottles stunk.
L-Ascorbic Acid is known for this smell and sometimes this scent get's stronger when the vitamin c has started to oxidize

The only thing that confuses me is instructions says 3 drops. Does that equal one pump or what? 😅
Hmmmm not sure lol! I usually apply 2 pumps but you could do more or less it's up to you.
I wish they had store here in the UK. can't get it anywhere & I don't trust the Amazon one. 😪

I can't see the glass bottle being any different. It's the pump on top it is ruined to drawers in my cabinet now leaking all over the place. What a mess I won't buy it again.

I am not 100% here but I don't believe Amazon is an authorized retailer. You could always reach out to Timeless and ask to ease your mind but ordering right from the Timeless website is best or any authorized retailer that they recommend.
I have the same issue now, ordered from Amazon and I am not sure how this serum is supposed to smell but mine smells quite musty. I have another one that I bought from an Ebay seller and this one smells fruity. But I'm still insecure of how the original is supposed to smell...
Have the glass one- still sprays all over the place. Lots of waste!
