I started watching so much of Anupama 's interviews these days and now 'sort of' is my most used word!
what a beautiful interview - the panel was amazing
They say AR speaks so little but fact is whatever little he's speaking those are golden words of wisdom
That's very true ..
Love you ash, Arr, Maniratnam💜
Mani Ratnam sir gave Hindi cinema
some maverick marvellous cinema Dil se, Yuva, Guru and some glimpses of genius in Ravan and he’s movies were Pan India 30 years back Roja Bombay loved by Hindi speaking audience
All r flops
@@omegaranger6654 better than overrated BB KGF rrr 2.0.
Bombay and Roja are vintage Mani.
Others are mediocre at best that too bcoz of music
@@RanjithKumar-oc8qc If there was metric for anyone being overrated.Mani ratnam comes to mind as he already peaked and everything is downhill from Bombay
@@ReluctantSpirit what can we expect from a biased chimp who doesn't know anything about movies 🤡
I’m really excited to see this director’s work. He has been always unique in his creations. However, this script isn’t an easy one. The book is already a huge success and now there’s been a lot of expectations in front. It’s really a challenging work. Can’t wait to see.
Aishwarya Rai is the best female pan India super star after Sri Devi!! I have seen her in Many Telugu, Tamil films!!
Eagerly waiting for BR's interview with this trio at Galata plus
You already know the ending of PS1 is going to be jaw dropping to get us hooked for the 2nd instalment (not that we already aren’t)!
Aditya karikaalan............. I'll leave you there.
It may not work in Hindi
Ends with aishwarya rai
@@holymoly3566 it won't...
Movie is already big Flop...only mad tamilnadu is going crazy which they always do🤣🤣
6:20 anupama what she says is right... But seriously speaking after the trailer... We won't feel it's in Tamil or any other language...
It's India's history and the only fact is that Tamilians and mallus knows it more earlier and we rest will know about it after the movie get released... Above all it's Cinema and we all will celebrate it with open arms ❤!!
We indian know... Whoever has respect to long gone heros Shivaji maharaj, chadragupta maurya, ashoka, prithviraj chauhan, peshwas and many more...
What a combination , Mani and AR AR's Best BGM PS1
I wish the movie does really well.
Mani ratnam is a real gem to our cinema industry, i wish the whole movie team all the best. And we love you aunpamma😃
ar rahman summarised it the best. this is the story of my ancestors. true.
Loved when Mani ratnam sir said... "Game of thrones is English Ponniyin Selvan"🔥
Ha very funny

Anupama is good. Happy to hear everyone talking a common language English very very fluently. In another interview Anupama spoke to Karthi, Ravi , Vikram, Trusha Sobhita the same case. Well we Indians are Brilliant 👏👏👏👏
Most Iconic Trilogy .
King of Direction
Queen of Acting
Master of Music.
Wow just by watching them is a privilege, Very Thankful to be born in this Era💝
You would have never seen any movie promotion by mani rathinam in his 35 plus years ......but ps1 is his dream project and he has come all gun blazing
ARR, what a genuine, pure and sincere search for excellence and imagination. He is like a student who is just starting out. It is a wonder how he doesn't "go stale" even after decades of doing the same thing and doesn't settle for easy stuff. Such an inspiration
Humility never fades or ages 😊
Such a wholesome interview with amazing introspects.
Thank you for watching!
Everyone Mani sir introduced is a great artist. Aishwarya, A R Rahman, Madhavan, Arvindsaamy.
Wow! Kollywood ❤️ pride of Indian cinema 😍🔥

Hey you were the one who was continuously degrading the film in other UA-cam channels right. Why sudden change?
The last comment from AR is golden.
Ash and AR Rahman complementing each other out of humility is absolute pleasure to watch 21:30 .
Brilliant interview. Love Anupama's infectious passion and the great questions as always!
It was FASCINATING to say the least, to get into such wonderful artists' mindsets🤩🤩🤩🤩 Wonderful, wonderful interview!!
BEST -- BEST -- BEST Interview Ever.. They were all relaxed and candid! Cant wait...
I am feeling so happy to see this trio again .
Oh Ash! How graceful you are ❤
"GOT is English Ponniyan Selvan "
Tight slap to those pseudo Hollywood cinephiles.
😍
Because ponniyin selvan novel was published in the year 1955. So its not just word, its the real truth.
Such a laughable/moronic comparison.

Two more days to go.. Very excited to see the magical drama ❤️
Waiting to watch mani sir and Rahmans work of art !!! Really love ❤ tamil cinema 🎦
Seeing this interview, I just re-watched the trailer and OMG i must say the VFX work is just amazing just looking at how well they have tucked Aishwarya back to her original beauty.
Did the possibility of her gaining weight post filming even occur to you??? Or was that beyond your mental ability???
I mean I hope you know how time works and understand how much has past since she shot the film.
Btw, the bts personal candids of cast and crew proves you wrong.
ONLY FOR THESE 3
this movie got these popularity.
So nice 💕to make them three in the same interview
Mani Ratnam looks pretty much the same over the years. ARR and Aishwarya make one realize what endurance in a field as cut-throat as showbiz is, and also sadly that no one can defeat time. I was a little taken aback to hear Ash's voice having gotten a little heavy.
