However, the Rangers definitely make great towed vehicles as well. Mavericks are a bit trickier - if you're using something like our RVibrake3, they tend to work pretty well. However, it is not recommended to use an installed braking system (like RVibrake Shadow) with a Maverick.
Ford Ranger 4X4 2019 to 2023 (Not 2024) and the Maverick Hybrid are great flat towable vehicles. Very easy to place in neutral tow (20-seconds or less) and both flat tow very well.
Hey! 100% right as far as the quick setup time. Rangers in particular make for great toweds. The only caveat I'll add on the Maverick is that it's not recommended to use an installed braking system (like RVibrake Shadow) with them due to some difficulties with the firewall. If you plan on just using an RVibrake3 (or equivalent system) with one, then Mavericks are definitely a good option as well.
@@RVi Yep, RVi3, which I use is best for the Maverick, BTW, before retiring in late 22, I was the Ford flat tow and emergency tow durability engineer, Was a great 28 year career.
