Where did you get that hi`top table that you have the units sitting on? I love it.
Man I love this beautiful new design direction Marantz has gone . Really modern , stylish and industrial. These would look fantastic in any rack and/or AV cabinet.
😁
I was thinking of the 3800.. but seriously.. yeah. the C50 is winning me over.
and .. I might just do the 40N and Cd player in the other room.. keep it all stylish.
Zack killing the game with info like always. Some beautiful receivers. Personally these and the anthem are the best looking out there.
Fantastic overview. Is there any chance that you will be doing a Cinema 40 vs 50 review?
Hi great video what colour is the ring is it like the older range in blue many thanks
do the front located USB slot has a videoplayback ? or it is just for music...?
Is the DIRAC worth the additional money in a 5.2 system? My Denon popped a capacitor or something last night and I want a worthy or better replacement.
hi @dreammedia please advise about the eARC issue on marantz home 50 with 2023 OLED TV on eARC HDMI 2.1, thank you
Great video! Are there any differences in the build quality? Aluminium VS Plastic?
I am currently running a 5.1 Setup, and using an outdated Onkyo TX-SR606 Receiver, which needs to be replaced.. Would the Cinema 60 be more than I need? I would love to go for the Cinema 50, but unfortunately this is somewhat out my budget.. Actually, even the Cinema 60 is somewhat out of my budget already.. 😏
Chassis build quality on both are the same. The difference is the additional channels of amplification and processing on the 50 vs the 60. Unless you are planning on adding additional speakers and/or subwoofers the 50 wouldn't really benefit your setup IMHO. The difference in watts more than likely isn't noticeable.
What keeping up with the Jones said is accurate and you should give us a call. We have some Marantz 5015s in stock that I think you would be really happy with based off that set up. 877-417-9000. Give us a call and we can through around some great options and keep you on budget.
@@Dreamediaav Thanks for the feedback! I have already been looking at the SR5015 as an alternative.
Unfortunately I live in Belgium (Europe)..
Good evening guys.
I just see the comparison above...
One big question for those you have listen both of them..
1) both of them how they are listening to cinema to a small living room with 5,1 system? they similar ?
2) what about the stereo sound in both of them......???
Thank you
Milos Greece
Could make a drinking game for how many times you said unit. Just kidding with you Zach. This was very informative.
Haha!
Hi, I have a 5.1 system, is the sound quality the same between these two?
It'll sound just like the SR5014 and SR6014 - basically $1,300 sound for the Cinema 60 and $1,500 for the Cinema 50. The difference is a donation to Marantz.
I need a 5.1.2 setup.
Klipsch 8000F with the RP504C with a SVS PB2000 (already bought)
Guys, Should i get the Marantz SR5015 for 900 dollars or the Marantz Cinema 60 for 1150 dollars?
60 all day
Think they should of let people have had the option to add Dirac to Marantz Cinema 60 too, is a bit mean of them, considering the price of the unit
That would have been great
What's mean is that they
hold out on IMAX on the 60. I still bought it, but still #Bastards
@@pinkladys7822
Should of got Marantz SR7015 Cheaper and has IMAX, plus has a Bigger Front Display
@@MusicMovies67 7015 can't be bought in my region since it is an expired model, though the last of the went for around 2000dollars. I paid 1200dollars for the Cinema 60, I consider it a fair price
@@pinkladys7822 hello. Are you satisfied with Cinema 60...I'm planing to buy it. I will use it for movies and games mostly. Does it eradically volume up and down when you press button on remote, like they complained about denon? Can you see information on tv, bypasding that porthole screen? How is it with surround effects in movies and atmos effect? Thank you
I returned my Cinema 50, too thin for me. Lack of bass. May be when dirac comes ill try it again.
Helpful ^^^.
Others have said that too - is it the lack of power with multi-channel or the low-end DAC?
What about the usb?
Is 9.4.2 a thing?
dont like the little windows in them , should come with some binoculars , lol
Marantz just resigned of display, left just tiny window .Bąaaad i choose Denon
The cinema 50 or x3800h. One day...
😁
W😍W
no 1\4 inch output option? I'm a marantz fan but this is just silly. I see no reason to upgrade from previous top of line marantz.
Cinema 60 today is below 50!??
Anyone with 4 subs, isn't looking at these. If you have 4 subs, your fronts are Perlisten S7Ts and you have a top $5,000 amplifier powering just the 2 speakers. It's hilarious.
As for sound, the Cinema 60 provides $1,300 sound and the Cinema 50 $1,500. After all, they have the exact same audio sound specs as the SR5014 and SR6014 and possibly have worse DACs.
Are you throwing $1,000 down the drain compared to other Marantz owners? That's for you to decide.
lol o
Oh yes, I'm certainly going to sell my house to get 5 bazillion channels!
Skip ten minutes into the video before the unit is taken out the box
