Seeing this custom Shredder makes me wish that NECA took the time to give us a TMNT II version of Shredder with the purple clothing and the modified helmet he wore. It's cool they gave us Super Shredder, but a TMNT II Shredder would have been nice.
Actually they revealed him a bit ago, he should be releasing in a couple months. So you got your wish.

Hey hows it going how did you get the feet off to put the leg bracers on I dipped em in boiling water for ten secs but I dunno it won't budge
I used a hair dryer, takes like 10-15 seconds but pops off easy
