Great video; fast, punchy, entertaining, to the point, and still very informative! I have the first release of these two, and my Rocksteady's left leg snapped right off as I was trying out different poses. Glad to hear that NECA has fixed these issues. I will definitely be picking up this reissue! Thanks for the info!
@@alanthecollector I plan on it! And hey, dude, I have a quick question. Which NECA Turtles figures do you think are superior; the first release, Turtles in Disguise, or the Pizza Club Turtles? P.S. I have all four of the first release Turtles, but my Leonardo has a seized left thigh joint, and I'm not about to give him the same treatment as my Rocksteady!
Im pissed off man! I bought the box set only to discover Rocksteady hat is sold separately. WHAT!!!? If i had known that i would have bought super 7 instead,
Hopefully I didn't mislead you with my review. I was just saying you could upgrade him with the helmet which came with the baby turtles accessory set. Your best bet is to look for a third party seller willing to part ways with helmet. Listings are fairly common on eBay if you are willing to go that route. I hope this helps.
@@zerocool1ist I understand. It's odd that they committed to improving on the original release without adding character specific extras that they've already sculpted. Hopefully they'll give more collectors a chance at those extras with newer character releases.
Great video. Appreciate the posing and the dedication that you put in. Real quick you said a couple of times that this is the third time for these pacific figures being re release. Are you including the rabbit suits? Or are yiy sing that these certain figures have been re release two other times before this? I was confused. Cause I also have been collecting since day 1 and I don’t recall them being released accept in the original time before this time. Again great video. Sorry for my confusion of my question. I was just wondering. Keep up the phenomenal job. Thanks again.
I appreciate your question. To clarify, I meant that this specific version of Bebop & Rocksteady has been released twice before this update. The first time was the 2019 Target release. It was rereleased again primarily on thenecastore.com around September 2020 for preorder along with the cartoon street scene diorama. Those orders were fulfilled around mid 2021. I hope this helps! Thank you for watching! It means a lot!
Hey how are you doing I'm interested in getting this action figures but where can I find some original ones cuz there's a lot of knockoffs going around how can I tell the real from the fake and if you know where I could get the original ones the real ones can you send me a link I would appreciate it
Hey! So I have good news and I have bad news. The Good news is that it's really easy to spot the real from the fake. This updated version has different artwork of Bebop and Rocksteady on the front of the package than the originals or knockoffs do. Look at the packaging part of my review for reference. The bad news is that this set sold out on Target during the spring, so your best bet is to try websites like eBay, Mercari, or just hope that NECA puts this out again on their website. I hope this helps!
I just started collecting now action figures I started with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from the movies but they want not being fake So I appreciate it if you could if you don't mind send me a few links so I can start up my collection
Thanks for leaving your thoughts! I found that they were hard to balance at first, especially Bebop, but once I got the joint moving it was much easier to find their center of gravity. How are you enjoying the figures otherwise?

Awesome, thank you! I'm glad you found my channel and found my video enjoyable and informative. Hope you stick around!

Nice detailed comparision.
I like the brighter paint job on these only wish the changed bebops eye's for the new release 😊
I appreciate that! I'm also curious of the inspiration behind painting Bebop's eyes the way they did.

I blame Necca! Its like selling wolverine but then having to purchase the claws separately its ridiculous.

but they are still unbalanced and difficult to keep them standing up

They are great. I grew up in the 90s with this cartoon so its great to have figures like these
@@lukeluck1395 Glad to hear it! I'm really happy that NECA is making some of the rarer figure more readily available and in some case even better!
Cool vid
Much appreciated! Thanks for watching!
