I love rc rally cars but I don't get why manufacturers don't just put at least some inner fenders or a dust cover over the chassis,it would make some of the rtr rally cars a lot better I think
I’m more into planes, but since finding this guys channel he’s got me buying a couple of his tested cars already, such a professional and fun to watch channel! 👍
The fact that you had a blast & couldn't fault it speaks volumes Mr T , looks like a tough little rocket that actually goes where you want it to - 9½/10 , Oh , by the way Phil - Awesome camerawork & editing again 👏👏
I just wish more manufacturers would offer a kit option, building and painting has always been a big part of the enjoyment of the hobby for me , also if you have built it you have a better chance of being able to repair / modify your model. ( In my opinion for what it's worth) 😊
+1 Absolutely love a build. I will go for a kit chassis (usually a crawler) & with all the additions it's always more than the RTR version. Oh well......
We raced ours directly against every rc we had on us at the time of filming, including a mojave 6s, and it beat everything handley. It's as close to a track racing car in handling as I've ever seen in an RTR!
I love rally cars and this one has been amazing. Rlaarlo built the best rally car I can find. I launch it, run it on my dirt track, and street bash all day. Damn it is fun. However, the dirt build up could be cut down with a dust cover. To much debris near the center driveshaft.
Great review Phil, I've been waiting for yours because they are always honest. Man you gave that thing a big bashing for a rally car as you said, it's not meant to go on a skate park and handled it so well. Thanks for another great video mate!
I don't know. HNR Panther / FTX Stinger is quite similar and $220 on BG. It also has a 60A esc and same size motor, from Hobbywing though, and hits 56mph instead of 42mph. Same remote, although the HNR doesn't come with a center diff.
1) Planning to pre-order the CF version. 2) Already have a collection of upgrade parts in my cart (although, I haven't yet decided whether to order all parts in my cart, or whether to order the ones I'd install immediately first, and then order the rest in a future order).

Either this thing is that good, or every UA-cam channel that received one was paid handsomely to give it good reviews. Not saying you’re selling out at all I just haven’t seen a single video complaining about it. Must be very good!
Not sure what everyone else is saying about it... but my experience of it is as per this video..... amazing fun, no breakages other than the lights/body splitting. I don't take bribes from companies lol
I was super impressed with how it drives and mine was the poverty spec metal one, so don't feel like you are missing out if you go for that one. Your body damage is exactly like mine. I emailed them about the rear lights needing a bit more support.
We appreciate you pointing out the rear lights issue. We’re always listening to feedback like yours to improve our products, so your suggestion about adding more support to the rear lights is definitely valuable. We’ll make sure to pass it along to the team for future improvements.
Well that looked like a whole heap of fun! A great blend of power, low grip & useable performance. And another brilliant vid, cheers Phil. For me personally, I'd love a fully licenced WRC machine (CEN Racing Puma is SUPERB) but of course, that puts the price up. Anyway, I must get some Panoply tyres for my car.
Hi, im trying to understand how the gyro works.. if i turn tue car and the the back starts to slide, the front wheels are supposed to counter steer automatically, right? but will it still counter steer if i am holding on to the steering wheel input on my remote? Like bypass my remote’s steering input? Or am i supposed to let go of the steering wheel? Thanks in advance
Throttle and steering is needed to control a slide… so it keeps it nice and controlled. I expect if you spend enough time with 1 car… you could probably smooth the throttle input down a little. 👌
idk if youll see this or even give reading a shot but here goes! i just got shipped in my jjrc 1/20 brushless truck and as i go to turn it on for the first even test drive the reverse is buggering and not working? its a new little rc i doubt the esc is fried.... im so new to things in the hobby i dont know where to get help !
What great little car/chassis. Seems like they put some thought into the design. The twins over at Popalong reviewed it too. I'm impressed with its toughness.
Do you think this would do well with a max10 and a 3670 1950kv motor? In terms of like handling/driveability. I know its too new to know about durability.

I was speechless too most of the time running it. It's such a great car. Love that new park man, very nice 🙌
Excellent video! We got ALLAN!!, we got trombone finger!, we got I believe I can fly, we got lowdown drifting footage, we got it all in this one!!
I wish we had roads like you have over there! Around here you have to dodge potholes, cracks, and dips in our roads.
I live in the UK and I promise you the roads can't be much worse than ours
It's a cold, hilly country
Uk here too and most of the roads are, he's running on what looks a fairly new industrial area, possibly with dead ends waiting for more development.

May I ask, when you're sliding it, why do you pulse the throttle instead of modulating it? Makes it easier to control or something?
Throttle and steering is needed to control a slide… so it keeps it nice and controlled. I expect if you spend enough time with 1 car… you could probably smooth the throttle input down a little. 👌

Phil, what's the air blower that you're using ?
They keep stepping up their game.
I agree 👌
It’s crazy you do your speed runs next to a Siemens energy. I am an Amazon driver in the states and I deliver to a Siemens energy!
Yes, they are a massive company 👍
The roller version is a good idea, but what I really want is a plug and play, provide my own RC gear.

Do you think this would do well with a max10 and a 3670 1950kv motor? In terms of like handling/driveability. I know its too new to know about durability.
What manufacturer makes bodys that will fit to this chassis?
Rlaarlo have a shorter arm kit available..meaning you can use most tamiya 1/10th bodyshells
Hey Phil love the car and setup but was wondering if the car could handle a hobbywing 150a esc 6-8s capability?
You captured the ultimate in 1/10 scale RC perfection perfectly! 👏 Incredible work on the video-it brings out the best in this model! 📹
