nice lesson. marty, i've been wondering since your musical talent appears to cover a wide variety of genres i was wondering what(who) your major influences are/were? do you like pearl jam? are u a fan of them?(just curious). i am a huge zeppelin/pj fan,also i am a violinist that plays and knows my fingerboard like u know the fretboard, no guessing at all. but it's hard for me to play sometimes because i guess, and that is frustrating. theory is no problem for me. do u suggest i get some lessons
Hey marty, i wanted to suggest a song that i havent been able to find ANYWHERE. no tabs, no chords. It's got a simple beginning that could probably be imitated by knocking on the face of an acoustic, and the guitar doesnt come in until later in the song. It's called Coal War by Joshua James. You might really enjoy it, i personally love it although the meaning of the lyrics hasn't really registered in my mind yet. Thanks so much :)
