Facts
@@franciscomoreira9284word my bro
Not only that, major issue was scouts and board. Till Sir Alex and David Gill there Glazers didn't had to do the hard work to be the owner. After they left Glazers felt the pressure and they doesn't know anything about football how to run a club. In last 10 years they struggled and luckily VanGaal and Mourinho with their quality trained those deadwoods and brought silverware. Glazers treatment to managers brought player power. In post sir alex era ManUTD did some bad things which says how bad Glazers are see how they treated Romero and De Gea, DeGea will never play Football again, he lost love for the game.
The new managers never had any authority or cared enough to sort this out
Not really , Sir Alex Ferguson left .
That’s Ronaldo was shocked when he came back. The culture that brought him up was gone.
Probably but Ronaldo complained about the club being the exact same with no new innovation, refurbishment or advancement
@Ghajahha and was he wrong? As a fan it was great to see. The club getting called out on the poor ownership under the glazers
@@kristoformontague3928 he wasn’t but I’m saying the winning culture was gone because nothing changed and everyone gave up
@@GhajahhaYea i remember they dragged Ronaldo for saying that, now here we are seeing Old Trafford literally leaking water through the roof lol. They owe him an apology
@@brownsugar9743
Ronaldo didnt say anything the fans didnt already know
But Ronaldo was rightfully sacked because of the interview
And they blame Mourinho for fighting the likes of pogba, lingard & Shaw.
Jose signed Pogba & other rubbish namely Alexis, Bailly, Fred, Lindelöf, Dalot, Lukaku & Mkhitaryan.
@@GholamFareedHe won the Europa league and came second in the PL with these guys. They didn’t respect Mourinho and never followed his instructions , the management didn’t stand with him in his failures and fans were against him.He would have Rebuilt Man U and has the potential to make these players to become their best. This club is having high expectations and thinking success comes overnight.Liverpool and Arsenal had faith in their manager that’s why now they are good after so many struggles ,failures and flop signings
@@adiravi3933 he has never been long enough at any club to rebuild anything!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Ole also came second with the same squad so nothing to brag about!!!
@@GholamFareed and how many trophies did Ole win?
@@abhishekbasu8694 precisely my point if Ole a coach with no credentials could finish second with Jose's squad what does that tell you about Jose's achievement???
Lingard, Pogba the clowns
Now rashford too
Rashford doesn't dance (in public). Also i'm not sure the money or fame is getting to him like these clowns. Ronaldo has been and gone. There's a new regime. A lot has changed since his debut season. His form hasn't helped him, I hope he finds regular football soon.
see where they are now.
You the clown. 🤡
Ya just look at him
Also mourinho mentioned when he was at chelsea , frank lampard at 22 was a leader and a man. ... social media and mainstream crap derailed the youth players
nah it's not just "social media" there are still great players

"For that quick few mins of “glory” people are doing absurd shitty stuffs and wasting their time"
people weren't angels before social media, you should be happy because now you are capable to see their true nature lol there is probably a young guy like Lampard out there but he doesn't care about football
@@IaloneAmTHEChoppedONE i understand that. All the same what i meant was exposure to social media has aggravated the issue and more so because of the views and likes people tend to repeat or add more variations.
Ronaldo said it too that the seriousness of old generation is not the same with this current one.
Also, pep has the old school ( sir Alex like school) mentality. Maybe that's why Man City are serious.
I think all old coach are serious. Including anceloti
Interesting how the disciplinarian managers, Mourinho/Van Gaal, were sacked in favor of the players.
Van Gaal deserved sacking though. Mourinho, however, makes absolutely no sense.
@@lucagorosito3715it does tho, toxic environment, no good style of play, not a good league position and probably lost the dressing room
@@KEVIn-dq6pmall managers "lose the dressing room" at United. If ineos let a manager run things like Abu Dhabi does, things might change. Until then nothing.
Overpaid loser players too
Players with rubbish attitude and mentality, and player power
Jose Mourinho said the players and staffs that were the main problem when he was at United were still there right now in am interview.
yes, rashford is definitely one of them
Gary didn't ask what the "main problem" was. He asked what the locker room was like.
@@forestcitytrivia9167And what do you think he meant by that question? Especially considering how much the club has fallen since then
Not anymore now
Once Sir Alex and all the United legends left, the team was a shambles. No real passion or discipline. Still like that now. Lingard is playing in South Korea nowadays.
Passion or discipline is irrelevant if the players lack the actual football talent
@@simplyballing1592no its not. Gattuso lacks of natural talent. He had all the rest. Henderson was a normal player, tracking like a dog and having the attitude. Same for Matuidi the french midfielder. Talent isnt even really the core...
@@MohamedElouarda-qk6ws Gattuso had Kaka, Seedorf, Nesta, etc... Henderson had Van Dijk, Mane, Salah, etc... it's ok to have a few passion merchants in the team but what actually wins you games & trophies is talent and quality. There's no escaping the secret ingredient of skill in football
@@simplyballing1592there were actually some team that were able to win despite the lack of talent like Greece 2004 and Leicester City. They won because of team effort and passion, not just because of talent and there were also team full of talent yet can't win anything like Tottenham.
@@gregoriuspascalis500 Didn't Leicester have the likes of Mahrez, Kante, Vardy in their lineup? Very talented players in my opinion. I'm not too knowledgeable about the Greece 2004 team. Anyway, I don't look for the extremely rare occurrences, then draw conclusions from that. Rather I look at what regularly occurs. I'm guided by statistics! If on 19 out of 20 occasions the teams that win possess huge amounts of talent should I only focus on the 1 out of 20 occasion when the team wasn't talented? Usually it's the teams that possess the talented payers that end up doing well. I'm sure you can nitpick the rare occasions when this wasn't the case but generally speaking talent significantly increases a team's chances of winning.
Total lack of disrespect for that dressing room.
*lack of respect
I meant what I said >_>
@@grahamwright504 you didn't say that tho bozo

How Sir Alex won the league in that last season with the team they had then was amazing. As Rooney says it was an ageing team and the youngsters coming through probably weren't at the level required to carry the club by themselves. Without Fergie there to build the next team it was always going to be an incredibly hard task. I think only Pep could've delivered sustainable success like he has at City.
And look where Lingard ended up right now, and where Pogba ended up. Pathetic
Ferguson would have committed war crimes if players tried that with him! 😂
He probably would've smashed the speaker and kicked a boot at all of them.

That is why Sir Alex Ferguson is legend.
sir alex not a legend..he is the gods of man utd
United fans have been needing this insight into the club's 'rebuilding period' for years nice to see some clarification, the basics of it is everything that could go wrong went wrong.
People who danced their career ended too
As soon as a lack of discipline permeates a team it’s all over. No more hardware.
I still believe that if mourinho had stayed in the club he would have repaired the damage that was caused after sir alex’s departure he already had glimpses of success when he won the europa & fa cup and reached second in a competitive epl season with an above average team
Really is that Jose has been fired 5 times in the last decade??? 😂😂😂
😮
Ole also finished second with Jose's team so nothing to shout about!!!
Also won everything in the domestic game.... 🤔 .. The Special One ;-]
@@GholamFareed it's actually something to shout about for both of them. Especially Solskjaer.
For a novice to the top level to finish in the top 4 with the notoriously difficult to steer Manchester United is very impressive. 3rd place even more so. But then to do it again the next season and finish 2nd after going top after Christmas...?
I'm still amazed and grateful for the only United team I've liked since SAF. The only one I would watch on Match of the day.
Mourinho saying finishing 2nd with that team was possibly his greatest achievement should show our fans how excellent the job Solskjaer did was. But sadly intelligence and critical thinking is rare amongst glory hunters.
@@DirtyJamesUK truth be told mate.
@@DirtyJamesUK only problem with Solksjaer was lack of tactics in the end. Otherwise he was a pretty good manager, and especially a good man manager ❤
It was like when the teacher is out sick and the substitute comes in
Quality and discipline should be part of the recruitment process, the clowns they signed didn't do anything for the club anyway
All the foot soldiers left and all the fairies came in
That’s all you need to know about Lingaard and I expect a few others in the current locker room.
Rashford, Martial are must sell. Luke shaw has improved but better to sell him too. He’s injured after every 3-4 games. Get in a full back and a defender along with a striker and winger.
If Ferguson had to Coach the Current Man United Squad they’d put him into an Early Grave
False. He’d put them early to bed.
They would have Ferguson calling and apologizing to Roy Keane, Beckham, Stam etc by the evening.
And when ronaldo criticized the United that young talent are not like what they were they listened to the senior players follow them, management exact same nothing change, people trolls him for criticizing what a shameless people
They got paid either way. They didn't give a shit. United now lose 7 - 0 to Liverpool. No consequences whatsoever.
If they would make a team from 90s versus todays best eleven, I would see 90s footballers as our worlds savors. There are good players today but man...
This is what i fear will also happen to liverpool. Klopp's figure is difficult to replace 😢
nah, there are no kids like pogba in liverpool so everything is fine. we just need alonso.
That united team was aging the new generation of united that should have thrived the future of the club wasnt promising apart from januzaj who didnt fullfil his potential and later on shaw who had an excessive amount of injuries that ruined his career
Klopp already set Liverpool up for the future
We have too many leaders in our dressing room to allow our winning culture to leave out the door with Klopp. Liverpool FC has too much pedigree from top to bottom of the club. Klopp has left us in the best possible place for our future.
Utd had (still have) crap infrastructure, poor owners and a weak squad when fergie left.
Liverpool have none of those problems.
They were dancing after losing to liverpool. Really just shows all!
Imagine dancing after losing to your arch rivals... I'd be fuming if it was Liverpool. It really was the end of the greatest era the PL has ever seen.
The attitude of many players today is shocking... Those guys were winners.. Football now treats footballers like kids..Treat those guys like chidren and they will behave like children... I miss real football.
Now City are winners, man united are losers. Let's be honest.
I grew up watching Fergie’s red army, it was a drastic 180 turn after he left. Player power has been rotting the club and the Glazers just give them high salaries for mediocre performances then impossible to sell.
One man kept Manchester United grounded, kept it as a place of honour, respect for the history and traditions of the club no matter what Rooney and Carrick did when you are fighting a losing battle on the pitch and behind the scenes traditions mean nothing.
Everyone blames the managers at the club but is that fair, when you have clowns in the dressing room.
The young guys never had the leaders in the dressing room to get them to focus
Imagine fergie walking in and seeing lingard dancing after a defeat to Liverpool. He would do his nut.
The respect that we fans have for sir Alex ferguson and his players is amazing and will never go away.
Legends Never Die.
They had their chance in Jose Mourinho to save them.. but instead their board and fans chose to stick with the likes of Paul Pogba 😂
Pogba caught for steroids.
Lingard in Korea.
Shaw still injured.
Cleverly Headcoach at Watford.
Welbeck midtable.
Rashford couldn't buy a goal.
This is the United Core Jose/Van gaal were playing with 😂
Wow, I never knew these nuggets, I hate United but man could you imagine this carry on happening with Roy and co in the dressing room
I agree with previos, MEN left and the children took over football in general, that and VAR has destroyed most beautifule game in the world. No passion, no blood, no tears, everything is just ok…
We were Social media FC at the time
And now it’s happened to Chelsea 💀
You only have to look at where Lingard and Pogba's career has gone to see how they killed that club
Mentality is just as important as physical talent.
Miss you sir Alex Ferguson😢😢😢😢😢
SAF's greatest failure was his not setting United up for the future after he left.
Nice one
It starts at the top. United has spent money just not on the right players.
It wasn't his failure, the failure started when Glazers bought United, they loaded debt on the club and were not investing... .
SAF himself wasn't getting the Players he was going for, likes of Gareth Bale, Modric, David Silver, but his experience was able to hold things together, even attracting some quality players like Van persie, the downward spiral started from Glazers' take over, but everything fell apart when Sir Alex left.
Not failure.. Its a smart move from SAF, He doesn't want any successor to surpass his great achievements.
Ferguson and the Glazers
SAF ran a tight ship and sadly the new generation of players didn't experience that, so when they got similar managers like LVG, Mourinho etc there were massive problems and clashes between the players and managers, the players started thinking they were bigger than the club and this lack of discipline and poor attitude is what caused them to fall from grace. When SAF was in charge no one was bigger than the club or manager. Everyone fell in line.
I can see Pogba and lingard dancing 😂😂😂😂
The fans aren’t blind. That’s why these players struggle
Lingard pogba rashford sancho
All that brand BS
And look at their careers now, floundering
And that first part is the main reason it fell away so fast under Moyes. He never had a chance. Fergie got a good 20% extra out of those players for one final season. He wouldn’t have been able to do it again. And Moyes was given no money to replace them - then every manager since has spent a fortune achieving nothing!
Funny how Liverpool, City and now Arsenal can maintain high standards of behaviour and professionalism. It's not about modern players, it's the culture of the org and which players you buy and keep in that comtext. Utd threw their legacy away through mismanagement at the top of the club.
It also happens outside football, such as office environment, which also become like this.
On the bright side, life is more fun and motivated, sad fact, easy to falter during difficult time.
Yea people act like football is a prison where men stays tougher to survive everyday its been always same everywhere
Rooney in a different interview says van gaal was the best coach he played under! Just because Fergie was mean to him, he says that, but here he agrees he was on his last legs and the attitude wasn't there in the united team after fergie left
respect to carrick and Rooney. Miss both these figures at this club. Very hard to replace
I hope Rooney comes back to coaching. I support Arsenal but Rooney is one of the greatest players of his generation. One day I hope he's one of the best coaches of his generation.
Although Bayerns fall was never even close to that of United, even at a club of the caliber of Bayern the story went similar.
Robben, Ribery, Rafinha, Alaba, Boateng, Thiago and Martinez all retired or left the club around 2019/20 and you instantly felt a drop in quality from the 2021 season onwards.
The only ones left are Neuer & Muller with some generation overlapping players like Coman and Kimmich but it´s not the same kind of football Bayern fans were used to from the 2010´s era.
Its turning into the right direction and we will soon be back or close to our Robbery days but what Rooney says has alot of value: People always expect things to stay the same but its the people, the players in the club that "are" the club in that era.
And if the players just aren´t good enough, the fans & the manager are rarely to blame, even though especially the manager is the worst people blame ...
As a leeds fan I love to see united struggle but I can honestly say its a shame that such a big powerful football institution has been totally derailed by such poor management from above and such poor respect for a club and its history from players after money and social media fame......The morales in football have changed and its spoiling our beloved game. Respect to all clubs world wide.....BUT.....ALAW ❤
Imagine Keane in that changing room
Pogba and Lingard, absolute disgrace both of them. The higher ups who threw money at them are just as bad too.
What is interesting, Gennaro Gattusso said the same thing about AC Milan, and referred to El Sharaawy to be more interested in his haircut than Focusing on the training and game. But this could be what evolution and time has done, socialmedia has been good but also affected the sport negative.
Funny that because Keane said the same about Rooney's generation.
Possible but Keene would kill Lingard
@@bernardwongibe5118 the issue with Lingard is his ability. Do it on the pitch and the other stuff doesn't matter.
No, he didn't. He didn't ever say "rio and Rooney were dancing after losing". Don't bend the truth you sneaky rat.
But they still had fergie to guide/discipline them
@LienLeon 100%. Becks was a model, pin up and all that Fergie despised but he left it all on that pitch
This is were you need a manager to not take one bit of s### and get rid of these toxic players or not ever sign then in the first place. Lingard, Sancho, pogba, wellbeck ...f######
Rooney just summed up why we are the club we are now compared to how we use to be breaks my heart man
I don't think there is a problem with discipline, coaches like Ancelotti or Guardiola, or Klopp or Simeone seem to find their spot mentally. Maybe a bad pick of players for United.
The old United took their job seriously and performed soon as they touched the green. Then came the clowns who didn't take the club seriously and that mentality died, the backbone disintegrated and we were left with players who were in it for the fame, the paycheck and the status of playing for United.
I knew from the moment Ferguson retired and i stated it globally, "this is an end of an era". The United we have known as passed away that day, watch Sir Bobby throughout the years he knew it. I don't think i will ever see the real United again in my lifetime.
Honestly I'm ashamed at this United, this squad especially those that have been here awhile, they have no spine, no backbone, no drive, no soul to carry that lantern and keep this club beating.
I miss the good times, the legends now I'm dreading the day our father will leave us.
Bernardo Silva😂
It’s when united signed players that are not quite European that’s when it all fell apart. Jesse lingegard , Pogba , Rashford, martial , lukakau. You see the theme
Pogba was the catalyst in the downfall of that club
No, it was Lingard and his stupid dancing. Pogba was a winner at Juve ntus.
@@mursyidomar6995 Carried by Vidal, Marchisio, and Pirlo when Serie A was at its weakest.
Standards are so important
This was the problem. I remember united being in 8th and lingard and pogba were still dancing around the dressing room like a bunch of fuckwits. Honestly made my blood boil.
How can anyone be dancing and happy the next day after a defeat il never understand that
Keane would have had destroyed the radio and the dressing room would have had been quiet
You lose Giggs, ferdinand, vidic ,Rooney and gain a bunch of dancing tik tok girly men who have they hair cut every 3 days🤣🤣
Look where lingard and pogba are now🤣🤣🤣🤣 stupid is an understatement.
as a Liverpool fan, honestly, I dont know how a team can fall so further from their glory, me I'd rather have a squad with half the quality of United's but double the attitude, it's just an embarrasment to see an historic club get teared down apart while managers or owners don't take drastic action, even as a rival, I just think about other United fans, and how they've seen such a downfall, it's just embarrasing
Mens left kids arrived. Mens was playing for team and money kids are playing for money and for tik tok.
Rooney legend
Grew up watching the first Man Utd games here in the states. Became a fan quickly and even a bigger fan when Chicharito came on I think he could have done more if SAF stayed but sadly that wasn't the case. Like someone said the men left and the kids stayed which just made the problems bigger. There will never be another SAF but hopefully there will be better times soon. GGMU
That's why Lindgard is now playing in South Korea. 😂
Should have kept the leader's on the bench and leading from the background, I'm sure they would have minded 10 minutes here and there to help rebuild the team, that's what real leaders are for.
Same thing that happened to barca, heck perhaps ac milan and will eventually happen to man city. That man utd was legendary
Youth is important but you need older players with the ultimate winning mentality and discipline
Fletcher was there and he was a big big leader in that side
Miss this team man
Was the same in the Lakers when Kobe left. Young kids didn't get what it meant to play there.
Fact is sir Alex realised United was a sinking ship and he decided to get out of there as soon as he could. He knew the next generation was nowhere near the level of what he had at his disposal. He’s a smart man through and through
He’s spot on, the glazers were never going to replace the talent they had lost Fergie knew this
The footballers left and the fans of African dance moves moved in.
Not an excuse look at France national team
You could see Wazza wanted to unload on these clowns but he kept it respectfully.
That’s the difference, Rooney played for the badge lingard and pogba only interested in the money
I'll manage the club, if there's crap they won't play. No nonsense. I'd rather have 11 disciplined players playing than 11 world class players with distractions. You wanted to become a professional footballer to play football
these players on tictoc should have been sacked
This guy, what's his name, was sooooo damn good, that even after the playing and the goals etc. even the changing room dropped off the charts of best changing rooms. So sad.
We needed a Keane back in the dressing room to put the likes of pogshit and shitgaard in place… club was dumb keeping them and sacking the managers…clubs been an absolute joke since the day Fergie left
Ronaldo said the same exact thing and he was demonised
Lingard man WTH😭😂
Nani is the biggest example
He was the next Cristiano. But lack of quality guidance that Cristiano got was missing
Spot on...we lost personalities...😢
I don't believe a word of it anymore
Basically, the father in Sir Alex left, the elder brother who knew of the way followed, the children wasn’t raised properly and went through many stepfather who the kids never really respected. The children eventually grew up but still arrogant and change what was once a great family into this pile shit hole that hard to be dig up.
My solution is a hard one, but I believe removing any player who ever in the same locker room as Pogba, Lingard, and Shaw except Bruno need to be sold. Even for a loss, it’s better to lose money than the winning culture that they once had. Do it before the next generation of players come and forget the greatness of Man Utd, before all they know is the bs team that is led by Pogba and the shit trio.
From all of them…Lingard, Cleverly and Welbeck…testament to Welbeck as he’s still playing in the prem…but Lingard has shown wear your career can go when you don’t uphold standards
SAF only mistake was to anoint Moyes as his successor. It's downhill from then on.
Footballs lost a lot of it's quality these days players just aren't made the same anymore
That generation is the worse of united squad. Just as wazza said i agree. They stop concentrated on football and love social media and others things too much. Like the likes of lingard, his skills was not good enough for united and still blame the club in the end and left for forest and split out bad words about United the club gave him his career and paid his whole life. And still he couldn't extended his contract even one year deal at forest that's how good he is. Imagine dancing in dressing room for stupid social media infront of Roy Keane or Sir Alex just after the next day of losing to Liverpool . Wazza did the right thing.
