@@pieguy2011 That's definitely quite true. They'd definitely be out for blood after Presidia. But remember, Frontline 59 takes place between Cold War and Consequence of Power so the whole of Cascadia isn't too bloodthirsty yet.

Except even bigger because airships are enormous. Even the smaller Anura class has a wingspan of 300+ meters and a length of 140+ meters. I cleaned house on this mission with the Viper. There wasn't a single JDAM left on my wings by the time the mission was done. Sending over a dozen bandits to AMRAAM City was fun too.

Ever since the og Project Wingman came out in 2020, I've had a hot take that PW is what Ace Combat 7 campaign should've been and that this game is an absolute love song to Ace Combat (as the devs themselves drew A LOT of inspiration from it, mainly Ace Combat Zero). If you've never played it, I highly recommend it!
@@Ikcatcher Are you sure you’re talking about the same AceCombat 7 game here my friend? Because the one I’m thinking about is far from boring and tedious, so maybe now I’m thinking you don’t really know whats going on. 😆
@@R-type-Delta I’m refuting his point about him saying PW is what AC7 should’ve been. Meaning he wants AC7 to just be like PW in terms of its boring structure of just destroy all the targets until the misison ends
@@Ikcatchernah I'm referring more to the story, the actual campaign plot. I like PWs more than AC7 and I like that the writers were willing to make things more dark. And the plot itself is actually cohesive and not seemingly all over the place and half-baked like AC7 was. The gameplay in AC7 is superior obviously along with the graphics, it's a beautiful game that suffers from a poor story, mostly annoying and non-memorable characters, not to mention a easier campaign. The Ace Difficulty in AC7 is easier than Mercenary as well. As far as mission length goes, both AC7 and PW are pretty similar with most missions in both games lasting between 10-20 minutes with both having a handful that go above 20 minutes (Though I will admit, I like the mission length and enemy density of AC6 and PW has a decently higher enemy density so that lines up with my preferences.) But again, my initial comment was more about the campaign stories than actual gameplay.
Yeah I had no idea that this was exclusive to PS5 which sucks as the game was originally on PC. But the good thing is you don't have to pay $30 to experience these missions along with getting the main campaign again lol I get it though, it may be their big break and at the end of the day people are just trying to secure themselves financially. Sony probably made an offer they couldn't refuse.
