    Very nice tutorial! I've been thinking about how I could make this for some time. Now my first thought is to buy the material from you, but I firmly believe that the true value in these excellent tutorials lies in actually working through them. Great teaching! Thank you!

    Nice job. I work with tons of barbells and dumbbells so this is such a timesaver for me. Been adding in the knurling via modelling.

    Great tutorial Ryan. Any ideas on how to make the metal plate/hard plastic with the diamonds alternating directions? Like the kind you might see in the back of some pickup trucks.

    • @RyanKingArt
      @RyanKingArt  6 місяців тому

      I think its because you need to fix the UV mapping.

    • @RyanKingArt
      @RyanKingArt  6 місяців тому

      or you might need to scale the UV mapping smaller

    • @salvadormarley
      @salvadormarley 6 місяців тому

      If you look in the top left area of the workspace, you will see Object mode. this can be changed to edit mode so that the shapes can be edited - he can then select vertices and edges and add seams.
