I completely agree with what Vlad says about having a responsibility to chime in on topics. Lincoln said all that is needed for evil to exist is for good men to do nothing. When you have so much infuence you can change things, 2pac realized that and that's why I know thats why I know he would have changed the world in a way that we could not possibly imagine. Because he was not the type of person to stand quiet and watch injustices. That's why he is and always will be the greatest rapper of all time period.

Vlad getting too much credit AND hate for this. The LAPD solved it by getting him to admit it with the Proffer. They just needed proof or a confession outside of day of admittance. Vlad did his homework and got Keefe D to admit it probably on accident just for content. Vlad, just like many of us (and Keefe), probably didn’t know it was only good for that day until the cops finally arrested and charged him. Even the LAPD probably didn’t know this because those interviews didn’t just happen last week. They were at least a year or two old.

The expectation is not that drake or Khalid can end a war it’s that they have the dignity and courage and character to speak out the same way they have courage to degrade African Americans and highlight the worst of that culture. Drake and Khalid did not grow up in black homes or black communities, they were adjacent and have no issues making money from that. To simply have their publicist write a statement at the bare minimum isn’t too much to ask. And never in 1,000 years has their been opportunities or celebrity influence and reach like their is now. A 6-year-old Palestinian American boy was stabbed to death in his Illinois home by his landlord, who also critically wounded the boy's mother in an alleged anti-Muslim hate crime.
This is because of the senseless acts of war that is happening not only to our bodies but to our minds as a collective consciousness.
Throughout the early 20th century African Americans performers had a history of speaking up so that we shift the vibration of pain and suffering into hope and love. When no one speaks up we all die in silence. I grew up as a young child when celebrities would come together to perform songs like we are the world. When influential voices come together they shift the paradigm and narrative. I remember as a child wanting to be a part of change because people I loved modeled it. It’s not just about whose educated it’s about humanity.

What Vlad doesn't understand is that alot of these rappers don't really care about their communities. Drake is Jewish yes but he's more concerned with Joe not liking his album. DJ Kalihd is probably trying to produce another one instead of worry about Palestinians. They will probably be flying on a private jet to whichever country isn't being exploded if America goes to war. Vlad is trying to tell Charlamagne how people should stand for their Culture but that's something foreign to our community. Expecting filthy rich celebrities to give back to their communities is not obsession. Celebrities with access should contribute more than degenerate influence to their communities; especially the Black community.

@@Reggi_Sample You bet your *ss he is. You must've missed the Farakhan debacle about 1-2 years ago with Godfrey and Vlad. Vlad was quick to come to the defense of his people at the expense of the black people that made him wealthy

They don’t have an obligation to speak up for those countries 🤦🏾‍♂️ Drake also grew up in Memphis 🤦🏾‍♂️ what are they going to do or say to stop this hundred plus yr feud 🤦🏾‍♂️ stop it Vlad

@korReeS2 They don't speak up on nothing tho 😂 People can't hardly enjoy music these days because the world so dark and cold right now. Lowkey everybody going out sad. People milk the Culture and Starve the Culture at the same time.

@Reggi_Sample Really my point is in regards to the Black community. All these Black celebrities in America plus all the Black millionaires yet it's like world War 3 in the ghettos of America everyday, poverty, racism, crime, and the rich people from our communities want us the consumers to keep them rich while we dodge shootouts and robberies in the slums that the government loves 😭

Great interview and I support Vlad on everything, but I disagree that famous folks should chime-in of social issues unless they want to. It should not be expected of them. Great interview!
