You absolute legend. Literally just been given one of these mowers the other day and it didn’t start. Found that tiny little hole was blocked and the carburettor full of absolute god knows what. Thank you thank you thank you. Such good fortune as your vid was posted so recently.

I've had to clean my carb a good few times now over the past few times as it doesn't come with any inline filter except the screen in the bottom of the tank. Engine regularly hunts. Its in bits now due to another issue, slipping BBC, but I've discovered missing split pins on springs and other places. Parts are an issue, but I am trying to find some places, repair shops etc that have a load of old mowers laying about to see if they might have anything. Recycling you know 😁 Wow that is some load of water there.

Ethanol's a liquid but it might be gunk dissolving in the ethanol...
To be fair, if Jeremy might use it, you should mow some things that shouldn't be mowed to test it. Maybe old parts, a bag of nails... stuff like that. Lol
I had a carb motorcycle and was needing to clean the carb, the jets in particular every 3 months and as av twin was a lot of work. Thanks e10. Jelly like substance water and? Sold it. Why are the govt shafting us. Have you ever used a cheap e bay sonic cleaner.? Superb channel helps people like me. Was given an empress 61 with Tecumseh, gave up! Shame as self drive, beautiful deck. Spark but could not get to run

@themowerman incredible and informative video as always Mic. At the start of the video when you remove the air filter, do you use a cold/easy start spray? Or a carb cleaner spray? (Like the GT-85) Thank you - I am learning alot, to help keep my tools running, from your channel

Hawksmoor mowers from tool station.I don't like them either.People I know have a few,and there not good
Hi Mick great videos mate learned a lot from watching them. You said you disliked the hawksmoor any special reason. Im asking as i am looking for a cheap lawnmower and this is one of the ones i was considering along with the mountfield sp185 and the attco classic 18s. i honestly dont see much to choose between them. can you give a couple of pointers.

That right there is one of the hardest things to convince a customer about, their gas in their refill tank is bad, old, or contaminated with water, I have had such a problem with that I have lost customers over it, they would rather believe it's my shotty workmanship, then their gas is bad, well I have so many customers I can lose 5 to 6 over their own stupidity.

I have a lawnmower with that engine and it threw a rod and little did I know in the process of making the engine they didn’t put a steel sleeve in for the cylinder what a shame such cheap material to make that engine
