It’s so great that both of you get all the nutrients and prioritize rest, as well as eating everything you want in the right portions and listen to your actual hunger cues (bc that’s intuitive and smart eating!). About the hormonal things: I agree that you need to relax and listens to your body and not eat all your emotions. You might need a little more cals and iron, magnesium, but that doesn’t mean that you need to stuff your face with chocolate.

So when your doctor tells you to cut down on red meat, it's not to prescribe you meds, but to prevent you from getting cancer. ;) 💞

Cravings normally tell you what your body needs. If you crave sugar, try a whole carb like sweet potato. If you crave chocolate, it could be magnesium, so add a scoop of cacao to hot milk with Splenda. Google what nutrients might be missing from your diet that is causing your craving.
The acne around the mouth could be caused by soy (it was for me). I'd also check dairy, sugar, whey because that caused acne on my cheeks. & in my experience dairy free milk also needs to be sugar free otherwise I got acne. So no barista blend lol I think it was the added oils
Replenix did wonders for my face it is super clean, has no micro plastics, and is non abrasive, and got rid of my ache in three days highly recommended. I'm definitely going to remind myself of this video around my period. ❤
I have two friends that are serial MCD eaters and I always pass by the drive in and I watch them eat, we laugh and chat anyway. I'm more for traveling and hiking with friends than go out with dinner (bc Im trying to save money)

People don’t understand that if you get a good quality steak, you can just grill it with a seasoning salt and you don’t need anything else, even butter. if you get cheap shitty steak then you have to slather it in disgusting A1 sauce

About the hunger.i work in a gym and im on my feet and running around, sometimes i get the hunger and i know to eat, but by the end of my day around 12:30pm im not shore but im like dragging my body and pushing, i feel terrible but im so busy i dont know if im hunger, I usually like to workout at the end of my day and feel I need the energy, is this a kind of hunger? Like super weak?
Sometimes hunger isn’t always a growling stomach,it could be u start to feel irritable,weak,things like that (especially if you know it’s been a while since your last meal)
i just made chocolate vanilla eclairs and ate like 6 of them for lunch it's okay i'm french i'll have wine with dinner to balance it out. might take a nap later to burn some calories. lecture me like a hot skinny white girl

I would say start slowly replacing certain foods with better options and making what you are currently eating in smaller portions. I lost 80lbs so far and the first 6 months I ate the same but smaller portions and eventually the more of this content you watch the more you’ll want to change your diet completely and want to workout out , I started with walking and now I’m doing a few Chloe ting challenges just to get back consistent
