    You can avoid the unevenness if you get a transplant that is continuous and not gapped like you did. I got 5000 from front to top no space in between so that way I can style it short or long and it will all look even. My crown will need other operation later but I’m happy they focused on keeping my transplanted area together as one area

    • @gustavalbericchidurocher9764
      @gustavalbericchidurocher9764 Рік тому

      You mean the time frame between the removal and the implant is important for the evenness?

    • @HookahDoncic98
      @HookahDoncic98 Рік тому +1

      @@gustavalbericchidurocher9764 no. That is important, but you misunderstood what I’m saying here. If some one getting transplant to the front and the crown, they are leaving the native hair in the middle, which can thin out over time causing uneven hair from transplanted to native.

    • @gustavalbericchidurocher9764
      @gustavalbericchidurocher9764 Рік тому

      @@HookahDoncic98 I see that a lot aswell - a lot of doctors focus on both temples/hairline and crown, leaving the middle without even some dozens of transplanted grafts. Thats something to be adressed.
      Btw, don't you think it may have to do with both removing and storing the follicle on its original direction and later on implanting it on whichever direction the originals on that part were?

    This long hair pampadour style (or whatever its called) look really good on you, much better than when you cut it short.
    And I might be wrong but it seems you dye your hair darker right? I feel its counterintuitive but it would look denser and more natural when it's lighter coz then the bold spots and the white skin below will not instantly pop from the contrast.

    • @letsgethair

      @@letsgethair I think that is just the hair transplant. Hair colour fades with age from top to sides, but for your new hair, it will take longer to fade. That's why a lot of black hair transplants look like dyed hair.

  • @MrSquattingbear

    I think it also depends on the density of the remaining area. Unfortunately, the thick donor hair once grown out will be much more dominant in appearance compared to the weaker zones. Hi man! love your vids, you have a complete information about this hole process. I did my hail transplant 9 months ago, and was pretty happy about it, 2500 grafts in the front side of the head. This period, march-april i did observe hair thining and got a little bit panicked. I used Minoxidil the whole period, and did PRP after the implant, but now the hair is thin, and i decidedto use dermaroller also. I started use haifibers also and my question is... I use minoxidil once a day, and after 4 5 hours i wash my hair to get rid of it. I shampoo wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week. The question: Is it ok to wash the hair everyday to eliminate the minoxidil? And the second question: I guess the fibers are not too harmfull for the hair, and is it also necesarry to wash the hair after using microfibers?

    Cool video...your hair is getting better & better, eventually!😃 Since you also do gym & stuff, I just needed to ask this, I haven't done any kind of workout before & I am planning to join a gym soon, So do certain kind of exercises impact hairloss in any way? Like, when you do workouts, I have read that our body produces testosterone to counteract & heal the damage done to the muscles, does that extra testosterone also lead to more DHT formation? I have seen your video that talks in this context but I still have this question.

    • @element19ch
      @element19ch 5 років тому +4

      No. Going to the GYM does not affect your hair in any means. The only reason why you see a lot of GYM guys that are bald is A: They are injecting muscle growth hormones or B: They simply joined the GYM to "compensate" their already bald look.

    • @letsgethair
      @letsgethair  5 років тому +1

      Bräts Pits well said! I also dont think that the "gym" will make you bald or any special exercises- no! keep working out and this will improve blood flow in your body which is a good thing for your scalp especially. The only thing that could speed up your hair loss could be if you really overdose on creatine like 5 and more grams a day on a regular basis. this is only proven thing that had something to do with hair loss but that´s it. Even if your testosterone levels will be little bit elevated during your workout, they will eventually fall down after you consume carbs after workout because the carbs will force your body to produce more insulin. Men, who work out on a ketogenic diet have normally more stable testosterone levels then men on a high carb diet becase their bodies don´t need to produce so much insulin and this will keep testosterone levels stable at high levels. If you do that for years maybe it will increase DHT formation but for normal gym guys who eat carbs regularly the testosterone levels won´t be that high all the time anyways.

      thank you so much for your response, was very helpful. it's so stressful trying to find the right place /doctors ect! I'm new here man and love your videos! did you have single hair grafts put at the front of hairline?

  • @gustavalbericchidurocher9764

    Seeing photos and viewing videos, I've noticed that the follicule's implanting direction was a great predictor of how even the hair would look like and probably is the most important thing. Worringfully, it feels to me like only a few doctors really are ABLE to care about it. Most alarming, though, is that they all will say they care!! You have to pay attention on videos where they are in action: when they pick up the follicules and when they press the button to insert them, are they minding it? With the tools that are used right now, its understandingly hard not only to keep track of follicules direction, but also to achieve the hand control to implant them ALL on the desired direction. It is a very tiresome process anyway.
    So, I assume that your doctor implanted the grafts mostly on a direction that ended up making most grow upward - they are even, but not on its' natural direction.
    That seems to me to be one of the greatest challenges in HT rn.

    Have you tried looking into scalp micro pigmentation for your mid top scalp. I think it would be convenient then using the fibers.

    Dude I am so glad I did not go to turkey for my hair transplant. You would have a much better result if they blended the hair transplant back into your natural hair. Thats what I had done and it looks more natural. Yours looks not natural because most people don't bald the way your hair is. Just saying, go in for a second to fix that mess.
