Who else can stare at those engines for a long time without any logical reason. 🤨
Buzzsaw sound is absorbed by ground during takeoff roll, becomes much louder once its airborne as it reverberates thru airframe
The GE90-92B, nearly 2.5x more powerful than the most powerful fighter jet engine with full afterburner! (that being the PW F135 used on the F-35 Lightning II)

Yes I like those engines too, especially on start up with that distinctive "moo" and the vibration. Air New Zealand has GE90's fitted to their 777-300's.

The engine growl sound old I mean it's the old GE90 engine. It's been there from a few years.
Yes. I think the older GE90s sound better than the newer ones on the 200LR and 300ER models.
