I had a tonkatsu gimbap in Korea and it was absolutely fire. The lady put an entire crispy pork cutlet and pickled radish over a bed of rice and rolled that shit up into perfection.

Not korean sushi, but just Gimbap. And the kimbap doesn't look typical Gimabp. .There are a lot of weird, blurry, ugly green colors in gimbap. And 90% of gimbap in Korea is NOT spicy.
