I absolutely adore Galen Leather. I have one zippered 10-slot pen case from them, and several leather notebooks with Tomoe River paper. Love them all so much! I regularly visit their website just to drool, there's plenty more stuff of theirs I desperately want to add to my collection!

I've been collecting high end bags for a long time. An expensive passion in addition to being a composer! I frequently use my Mulberry Oak Bayswater to carry around my scores. Also my Strathberry large tote in burgundy - it features a signature golden bar as a closure which is what ye olde music manuscript bags had so I really like that symbolism. Love that Galen bag! The suede is brushed beautifully, a very high quality bag indeed! A lot of brands just use the raw side of the leather (suede) but leave it as is, and it stays very rough. It's an added step to brush it smooth but it really makes a difference.
I would loveeeee writing content, maybe more writing vlogs or a "write with me" where you just sit and write and we can do it with you. I love to write too but I can't focus so it's nice to write along with someone else

Is it silly to want to write a book just so I can justify owning this bag? The green one is gorgeous! Also, you said you are trying to read Frankenstein but want to do more of a book study of it. I found a podcast, Close Reads, and they discussed Frankenstein back in June 2020. A professor who is also planning on publishing an annotated version of it is one of the guest hosts. Listening to it makes me feel like I’m back at school ❤️📚

I’ve bought approx 17,000 writers bags. It must be big enough for my laptop, my planner, 87 pens, and my chargers. Also I need a long strap so I can slap it on my back messenger style. I tend to carry a purse as well since I always worry if I leave my laptop in my car and won’t always take both if I know I’m not going to be writing. Also, the water bottle can never go into a laptop bag ;). Whatever bag, make sure you use Dropbox because losing a manuscript sucks.

Hi!!! Sorry to bother, I was wondering if after one year of using the medic bag has anything changed? Did you happen to have any issues with the magnets on the sides? Are they holding up well? I just ordered mine 5 days ago because it was out out of stock for several months! I am pretty excited to receive it! Being myself an artist I was very excited about buying this bag instead of the WW2 medic bag who was more expensive and with less space.

I understand why you would be uncomfortable with cow leather, but faux leather is not biodegradable, it's plastic. it's not eco-friendly. please consider using non-synthetic cloth bags instead.
In order to become I writer, I would suggest a composition notebook and a crappy laptop you hate. I have great notebooks, fountain pens and paper, but those all distract. Even the iPad pro. Use crap gear and the writing will be all that you have left to drive you. Use the romanticize stuff for fun only.

They wrote a book about how exploited his name and image are. I'm a descendant of Running Antelope, another Lakota chief who was on U.S. printed money and a silver piece. I see companies exploiting his image on everything and it's insensitive because it's another example of a non-Native company commercializing an ancestor for their profit and never acknowledging or compensating his descendants.

If you didn't believe in the product enough to pay for it, why should anyone else? If it was a good product you would have purchased it instead of being for it for free. I'll be sure to write them and let them know I was going to buy this products from them, but then I saw reviews on UA-cam and not a single UA-cam paid for their products. Which tells me the products aren't quality enough to be purchased even with free money. So I'll save my money and make my own. Thank you for showing me this product isn't worth paying for.
