Seeburg Discotheque

Operation / fault of my Seeburg Discotheque soon to be on sale via eBay.
I've followed all the test procedures and everything checks out - but it still only scans twice with no selection.
As the video shows, if you make more selections, whilst it's scanning, it will pick up a record and play - electrical noise triggering the circuit..
I'm going round in circles now - hence offering for sale .. if anyone has any last minute idea's .. they will be gratefully received :-)
